Grana Works Pty Ltd is a Sydney contractor based at 19/55 Anderson Road, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567. We provide welding and fabrication, roof cleaning, high-pressure cleaning, and marine welding and cleaning support. Grana Works organises and manages each job, including through trusted specialist partners where a job needs them, so you deal with one point of contact from the first message to handover. Welding and fabrication: workshop and on-site welding and steel fabrication for repairs, brackets, handrails, guards, frames and fittings. Roof cleaning and high-pressure cleaning: roof and gutter cleaning, and high-pressure washing of hardstands, car parks, loading docks, building exteriors, plant and equipment, with run-off handled to site requirements. We do not pressure clean asbestos (fibro) roofs. Marine support: for ship owners, managers and agents at Port Botany and Botany Bay, Port Kembla and Newcastle, we organise marine welding and fabrication support, high-pressure and UHP water jetting, hull and tank cleaning support, and wharf, deck and vessel washdown. In-water or diver hull cleaning, abrasive blasting, fuel, cargo or sewage tank cleaning, and welding to a classification society's requirements are not part of our standard scope, and we will tell you what can be arranged before you commit. Gaurav Rana, who runs Grana Works, personally holds tickets for ultra high-pressure (UHP) water jetting, forklift, boom lift, dogging and rigging, along with an HR (heavy rigid) licence and crane inspection.
