Preferential Treatment
Most of the time the staff were friendly and helpful. However on our last day this wasn't the case. We stayed half board for 5 nights, 20/9/2025 until 25/92025. My wife had been ill all night with sickness and diarrhoea. We were in the poolside area on the 25th September around 2.30pm. My wife needed a glass of water to help her take some medicine. The young waitress had been serving 3 young men with food and drinks. We asked her for a glass of warm water. She replied to us in Good English. The glass of water never arrived. The girl carried on being extremely attentive to the 3 men. She visited them at least 6 times that I observed. She completely ignored my wife and myself.
The breakfasts, salads and desserts were absolutely first class, varied and delicious with a great deal of choice. The evening meal meats and vegetables were mostly cold, apart from the evening when we had delicious lamb chops.
