Misleading, Unsafe, and Customer-Unfriendly

I strongly regret ever choosing Grand Alarms. They sold me the alarm system, assuring me I would own the equipment, but when I decided to cancel service, they refused to provide the installer code. That means the system I paid for cannot be reused with another provider, leaving me with expensive but useless equipment.

Even worse, Grand Alarms failed to call me more than once when my alarm was triggered. When I raised this issue, they admitted fault but did not fix the underlying problem or take accountability. That is a serious breach of trust and customer safety.

Instead of offering a resolution, they tried to retain me with a slightly cheaper monthly fee. That doesn’t change the fact that their practices feel deceptive and their service unreliable.

Grand Alarms locks you in, fails on safety, and simply doesn’t care about the customer once you’re signed up. For your own peace of mind and security, stay far away.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences with Grand Alarms.
When I spoke with Cindy from their team, I found her communication to be unclear and her tone condescending. She frequently interrupted me, mumbled at times, and did not provide any solutions to my concerns.

I later spoke with someone named Komothy from the Administrative Department after requesting to speak to a manager from Cindy. She hesitated when asked if she was a manager and eventually claimed she was, but it was later clear she was not. If she was not qualified to de-escalate the situation, she should never have taken over the call. During the conversation, she raised her voice, and when I asked for her name, she shouted, “I am ending the call,” before hanging up. This left me feeling dismissed and frustrated. I also requested a call back from a manager and never received a call back which goes to show the kind of business Grand Alarms truly is.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Grand Alarms. The interactions I had were unprofessional and did not meet basic standards of customer service.

Excellent Experience! Professional Installation and Great Support.

We recently had Grand Alarms install our new home security system and were very impressed with the entire experience. The technician was on time, professional, and took the time to explain every feature clearly. The installation was neat and efficient, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

Customer service was responsive and helpful from booking to follow-up. We feel much safer knowing we have a reliable alarm system with monitoring in place. Highly recommend Grand Alarms for anyone looking for a quality home security solution and excellent support.
