Misleading, Unsafe, and Customer-Unfriendly
I strongly regret ever choosing Grand Alarms. They sold me the alarm system, assuring me I would own the equipment, but when I decided to cancel service, they refused to provide the installer code. That means the system I paid for cannot be reused with another provider, leaving me with expensive but useless equipment.
Even worse, Grand Alarms failed to call me more than once when my alarm was triggered. When I raised this issue, they admitted fault but did not fix the underlying problem or take accountability. That is a serious breach of trust and customer safety.
Instead of offering a resolution, they tried to retain me with a slightly cheaper monthly fee. That doesn’t change the fact that their practices feel deceptive and their service unreliable.
Grand Alarms locks you in, fails on safety, and simply doesn’t care about the customer once you’re signed up. For your own peace of mind and security, stay far away.
