Great company, but extremely unprofessional sales management
I want to clarify that my complaint is not against the company itself. In fact, I think Grand Bazaar Jewelers is a wonderful company and a great business, and I feel very sorry that I have to write a review like this. My issue is strictly and specifically with the conduct of the sales representative I have been dealing with.
His behavior has been incredibly unprofessional and condescending from the very beginning. Even after I explicitly told him that I was keeping the door open to working with the company in the future if I became interested in other material lines you offer, he chose to continue with his mockery and belittling tone.
I warned him on several occasions to stop, but he ignored my warnings. Finally, in a childish outburst to ensure he had the 'last word,' he blocked me so I couldn't respond. This individual’s conduct is damaging the reputation of an otherwise great business. I have all the screenshots as evidence and I expect management to address this specific matter.
