Taking Grand Digital To Consumer Affairs

granddigital.com.au took my money, didn’t design anything or take any details about my company to design a website and logo.

I cancelled my order within 24hrs. I was promised a refund with in 24hours, then was told it would be 10 business days. After many phone calls I was then told 30 days here we are 40 days later and still no refund.

Will be taking Grand Digital to VCAT and Consumer Affairs.

0/5 Grand Digital Review

Disappointed with the website that I have received from Grand Digital as it is full of issues and still does not work after 5 months of building it.

I ask you to simply call me back so we can go over it on the phone but you keep saying everything has to be done via email which I find very hard to explain to you and a simple 5 minute call would fix this issue.

I would give Grand Digital service and support a 0/5

Grand Digital Took My Money

I engaged Grand Digital to design a logo for my business, I had sent them a very clear brief and also sent them example logos to give them an idea of the type of logo I was after. The first round of logos that came back were not what I was after so I provided feedback.

Round 2 of the logos came and they were no better, each time I sent a response it took them 3-4 days just to reply, not sure if they were outsourcing overseas but the English in their emails were very bad.

I had sent them another response with changes I needed, I was very specific but yet they had failed to get anything close to what I was after. This had been going on for 2 weeks for just a simple logo so I requested a refund as on their website they mentioned they offer 30 day refunds, when I requested a refund this is when they started to ignore my calls and emails, I have not heard back from them since.

I guess they have taken my money and run, do not use Grand Digital.
