Efficient and friendly.

Raymond was friendly and carried out the work efficiently with no mess. Carried out the work on the day he came to give me a price, once I had a quote I was happy with.

Raymond was fantastic he…

The engineer Raymond was fantastic he came in and straight away found the fault and explained what was needing done. After quickly getting my quote he carried out the work very quick and made sure everything was tuned in and ready to go before leaving amazing service and solved the issues we had thank you so much.

Great Sky dish fitter

Prompt arrival, very good people and Labrador skills, kept us informed as the job progressed. Easy to work with and delivered an efficient and effective job - very happy with the result. Unreservedly recommended

Not a same day service

Called for a same day appointment and was told they had availability, and it wouldn't be an issue.
Waited until 4pm phoned again to make sure they were coming, and they said I was next on their list.
Then received an automated message saying the due to unforeseen circumstances they would not be with me today.
When I called back the lady on customer services said they couldn't guarantee a visit as it depends on what they have to do.
They shouldn't mislead customers by saying one thing ie same day service and then cancelling on the customer because they've over-extended on bookings.
Not happy to be mucked about.

Efficient aerial service

Excellent communication from the initial contact with Grande Digital, prompt service delivered within a week of booking. We discussed the requirements and received multiple quotes for the work and installation based on the type of aerial. The engineer was friendly, but left a bit of a mess while connecting the original cable in the living room, removing old wire clips and leaving the cleanup for us. Extremely pleased with the new aerial and channel reception.
