Firstly, what David Watson doesn’t know about wood, is not worth knowing. He is an incredible guy who knows the products backwards, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The majority of orders are dispatched promptly on a next day service, and the only times I’ve had issues were due to courier problems - which cannot be helped! Brilliant products and tools, abrasives etc. We love Grand Parkett! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered floor maintenance oil from…
I ordered floor maintenance oil from Grand Parkett that I can no longer buy locally. Ordering and paying was fine. The 4 instead of 5 stars is because the tins of oil arrived quite badly dented as there was no padding in the delivery box which was bigger than the tins so they got knocked about in delivery. Fortunately none opened.
