I’ve bought from this company twice. Never again.
I’ve bought from this company twice. A ring they sent me broke within days of being worn. (Top part popped off when a bracelet was being taken off). Customer service representative accused me of being a scammer and a liar after I provided photo evidence of the ring breaking. Told me I was insulting their work when I was simply pointing out a major design flaw in a $200 piece of jewelry I bought.
Refused to refund me my money. Sent a replacement and told me I had to pay an additional $20 for my replacement to be shipped.
Horrible experience over all would never buy from here again.

The ring broke after a week
Shipment was fast (2 days from Italy to France) which is great although very expensive in my opinion (15€).
The ring looks good however it broke after one week of wearing it (and taking it off when showering, etc.): the medal on the top came off. That's very disappointing for a €98 ring.

Aside from minor misunderstandings, my order was finally finalized. I received my Medusa ring today and am totally pleased with my purchase. The ring is beautiful and striking; the craftsmanship is exquisite and unique. Thanks to Valentina who made it possible!

The medallion was smaller than what I…
The medallion was smaller than what I had wanted. I guess it’s hard to see in the picture. And we had trouble unlocking the clasp. Too stiff.
I won’t send it back, but I don’t love it as I thought I would.
