Do not do business with this company!!! They have a "customer service" number that is never answered! When you email you get response that is vague and gives no answers or no response at all. I spend quite a bit of money for my wedding exit sparklers and am now having to go and purchase from another company due to no delivery.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
Absolutely terrible. I still have yet to received sparklers because they shipped them to the wrong address, and this was AFTER I had emailed them after waiting a week and a half without any shipping information. When I did email them about shipment information they suggested I pay $29.99 to save two days of shipping (though clearly they hadn't even shipped the order as it still took another day before I had the tracking info). Now it's 5 days before my wedding and I have no sparklers in hand and no way of getting the issue corrected in time for the wedding. Absolutely disappointed. Can't believe I'm dealing with this right before my wedding. I would NOT recommend using them as I've had a difficult time getting a scrawny 8 boxes of sparklers shipped correctly and timely.
