Most of the steaks are very good quality. However, whenever I receive ribeye's or a rib roast, the rib cap is frequently missing. It seems to be carefully prepared in a way that the rib cap (or spinalis dorsi) has been removed. This is not the expected quality I would like to see in such expensive cuts of meat.

Overall the steaks were good, but the filets vacuum seals were all broken. Not going to last as long frozen as they've really dried out.

I have to say I'm so glad for YouTube and Hugs foods for sending me to Grandwestern! The meat is top notch and the quality and taste of the Australian waygu is worth every penny! Local stores pale in comparison! You can't go wrong here. Don't be afraid to buy or worry about meat thawing. They ship in cooler with dry ice and over night! 10 stars for me

Great delivery, it was on time and everything was still solid. Your packaging and boxes are stellar! The boxes the meat is in is a beautiful and heavy-duty box. These are packed in a tight sealing styrofoam box that’s a snug fit in the cardboard shipping box. The dry ice kept everything cold and solid. And, of course, the steaks were great. I bought picanha and ribeye. I love grilling them over charcoal on my Weber kettle. We loved them both, and I tend to prefer the picanha. I’ve ordered before and I’m sure I’ll order again.

They are the best meat a Vegan will never eat. Wagu burgers are exceptional. The giant shrimp are outstanding. And the veal cutlets are to die for. As far as this carnivore is concerned there ain't no BETTER.

I sorry for the low review however, I am very disappointed with the Picanha steaks as well as the WAGU Hamburger patties. I have ate about 7 of the steaks and 2/3's of the vacuum seals were lost upon thawing. My biggest complaint is the amount of "silver skin" that I have found that has made most of the steaks tough and difficult to chew. I took the recommendation from Guga Foods however, i am not impressed. The WAGU hamburger does not look like Guga's or the website. Its all brown with minimal marbling that I was expecting. I am sorry for the negative review however, I paid over $350 dollars for high quality meat. I ensured that I had tried numerous cuts before commenting. UPDATE 16 Mar 20. Surprised after 2 weeks and zero communications from this company to inquire about my feedback or any type of a company trying to make it right????????? Tells me all I need to know. Fool me once.....

Really amazing shopping experience. The strip loin came in fresh and once thawed the marbling was fantastic. I already have it dry aging and can’t wait to try it in 45 days.

How are you guys even writing reviews on Wagyu Sirloin Fat On Whole “Picanha” MBS 9+ if they never have it in stock??? Very disappointing. Its like Popeyes running out of chicken

Honestly, the meat is decent. I have not ordered the wagyu products, but from what I've seen on YouTube, they look really good. The selection and variety is excellent.

I wait for the BOGO deals, which brings the price down to on par with the national warehouse stores.

Definitely fun, but I probably order less and less due to the cost.
