Ordered some doors online, got follow up call from Anthony, really went out of his way to help us and even sending quotes for other stock that we couldn't find online. Anthony look after us really well from order to delivery, highly recommend this company.

False advertising. I just bought a chest freezer from them that they had it advertised as A+ energy rating. Turns out that it was E energy rating and no answer back from them after trying to get in touch on the contact form to clarify the situation.

I bought lengths of treated timber. Price good. Armando was extremely helpful and sawed the pieces to my spec so that I could carry them in my car. Thank you Armando. Thank you Grange.

We ordered a skip and 3 tonnes of stone from Grange and the customer service was excellent,whether it be the person on the phone when we rang or the man delivering and collecting the skip , the man delivering the stones , they were all so friendly and accommodating . We had to ring a couple of times to ask could we change the delivery date for the stones and it was no trouble to them at all ,also the skip was collected within a couple of hours from when we called them 😊Fantastic service ,100% reccomend

Ordered 20kg bag of paving sand (Dansand )from Grange Builders Providers for delivery to Castlebar. The bag of sand was delivered within a few day and securely packed. The whole process from ordering to

I ordered eight items online, very late on a Friday night - all were delivered about 9.30am next morning, by a friendly and helpful driver.

I only needed 1 sheet of Gyproc Fireline plasterboard. Too big for the car. Grange delivered the 1 sheet. Delivery charge was very reasonable. Ordered late in the morning and was delivered that afternoon in Dublin 5. Its an excellent service and the driver was a perfect friendly gentleman. Full marks to all staff at Graingers.

Ordered compost on a Friday after 6pm. Was delivered before 9am on Saturday morning at a cost of only 10€. Very impressed😁

What went wrong was that I bought sand for our patio and was reassured there was a return policy for what was not needed. I rang for excess to be collected and was then advised that I needed to arrange the 1 ton bag of sand to be delivered to them myself. This is false advertising for Domestic Customer I would advise any domestic customers to be aware of how much they are purchasing at the time.

Ordered 4 38mm Aluminium Joists For Composite Decking at 2 pm Wed..arrived at my home near Cork 12pm Thurs...less than 24 hours..Incredible service. Thanks guys..

REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I rang twice to confirm the availability of a product , Jack from the electrics department assured me that my order wld be ready for collection (twice!!!). I drove for almost an hour to be told by his colleagues they were waiting for the item to be delivered themselves in the shop and they did not have any for sale!!!!

Ordered Dansand NoGrow Friday 23, paid €16.99 for 20kg unit, got 2 €43.97 (€10 delivery)
Just found out that the normal price is €8.50 per 20kg . Have just purchased same ones for €17 for 2.
WILL NEVER GO NEAR GRANGEAGAIN, RIP OFF.

Amazing shop and the guys were unbelievably helpful and knowledgable. They went above and beyond. Their staff are extremely friendly, especially Daniel in the electronics upstairs. 5 stars is an injustice.

Been using grange for years but recently had an extension to build on the back of my house, they are the only providers I’ve used that are so efficient, next day delivery without fail, sometimes ordered off their website and product has been delivered couple of hours later.
