Came out to house and was friendly and quick checking things out

Ray was prompt and right on time for our inspection. He provided all the needed information and next steps. He also the roof on our house to make sure we hadn't missed any damage on this structure.

My roof was damaged due to tornadoes.
I have never filed a claim before so I did not know what to expect. I called in my claim and on line. Within a day, Jeff responded with information and scheduled a time to come look at my roof. He came out on a Sunday. He spent a lot of time walking my house and garage roofs.
When he was finished he fully explained what damage he found. He approved both roofs.
He was friendly & professional.
He followed up with me the net day and sent me all the paperwork related to my claim. I am now working with a company to replace my roof.
This whole process went way smoother than I expected. I would give this company and their representatives a gold star.

In all of the years owning our home (almost 34 years) we never needed to file a claim, but when we had to because of a major hail storm; the process was so simple and we were kept informed via text and email every step of the way. He spent a lot of time questioning the two contractors involved with our project as well as myself. He communicated with me frequently & was always friendly & respectful. It was a traumatic experience to go through a tornado and to lose many sentimental possessions. Although we feel lucky that our home was mostly spared, we did lose a lot of the beauty in our yard.
