I had an insurance claim for my vehicle that was totaled. Susan was my claims adjusters. She took her time responding to any voice message or text then informed me I only had 5 days of rental coverage. They ended up paying for the 20 something days it took her to process the claim. Then they canceled our vehicle coverage. We decided to find another insurance for car and home. We have been waiting 2 months for them to return the money from our escrow account so that our mortgage escrow account is not fully funded and our mortgage payment has gone up significantly. Our new insurance is much lower for the same coverage that we had through Grange. I am now in the process of filing complaints with the dept. Of insurance and the BBB.

I would never recommend this company to anyone, even if it were the last insurance company available. I've been shopping for a new insurer, and my experience dealing with Grange on a claim where their insured was clearly at fault has been beyond frustrating.

The claims process has been handled poorly from start to finish. Communication has been unprofessional, I've found the representatives to be unhelpful and dismissive, and they've consistently tried to minimize the claim rather than resolve it fairly. In my experience, they've also failed to fulfill obligations that I believe they are legally required to meet.

If this is how they treat people making third-party claims, I would have serious concerns about trusting them as my own insurance provider.

I really appreciate to make the process of claim as simple as possible.

My adjuster was very polite and listened to my concerns. He was well versed in the ins and outs of my roofing problems and explained very thoroughly. The steps needed to proceed. The feeling that I got that I was being taken care of was priceless.

We had a tree fall on our enclosed porch during a wind storm. It destroyed our porch, trampoline, grill, deck and log splitter on it's way down.
