Dismissing complaints immediately with no resolution
I complained to Grange management about homeowners parking in visitor bays - therefore disallowing visitors to be able to park on the residential estate. They ignored all my complaints because the complaint manager whose name is on the contact list in the foyer, moved position and did not forward emails to anyone.
Spoke to a few people about the problem and it was dismissed immediately. Grange management sent a letter to homeowner which have obviously been ignored so the problem remains and parking for visitors is not possible. This was their conclusion to the complaint despite multiple other issues which they ignored and did not respond to. So the problem still exists and they have done nothing about it.
Grange management is a paid-for service charge by all residents on this residential estate, but they are not doing anything to help visitors parking. I have sent pictures of homeowners clearly parking in visitor bays and they have not assisted. This has been an extremely upsetting and distressing experience trying to get any answer from Grange management. This went on for six months until I got a final answer - which I had to push for. It has been a long winded time consuming problematic issue which they class as resolved -
but I can confirm definitively it is absolutely not resolved and the problem still and will remain.
If my next property is run by Grange management, I will not be purchasing it.
