The company does not have a return…
The company does not have a return policy that covers for the postal expense. I tried to find out more also on the refund but received no answer. On the item received, I needed to return it because it was not a fitting size but I was also perplexes by the quality that did not seem to reflect the original brand. Everything seems incredibly suspicious.

We are quite happy to accept returns and although we offer free delivery the customer is required to cover the return postage (as with many other companies).
