My kitchen looks STUNNING!! Thank you G4L! You have been very professional! Customer focused and the result is beautiful. I am so pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had G4less do our kitchen and utility.
Replacement worktops- started to cut worktops in the house and we stopped this as the whole house got filthy, broke the utility w/top and glued it back together , after completion we found that the kitchen worktop had also been chipped.
Also found a broken rail in a base unit.
Need I go on
Oh yes also stuck on a granite window cill into a reveal out of level .
They were the cheapest and now I see why.
Honest opinion - try other companies as well

We have recently had a beautiful piece of Ivory Fantasy granite fitted in our kitchen. It looks stunning.
Customer service has been impeccable, from the order to the fitting. Despite having to put a hold on the order due to Coronavirus, the team at Granite4less have been patient and supportive, whilst waiting for work to resume on our renovation project.
Steve could not have given better service whilst checking our needs in this difficult time, and the fitting of the granite by Dave and his nephew showed a great deal of skill. They drove from Manchester to the Cotswolds and called as requested beforehand, so that we could meet them on site. We would highly recommend. Service, materials and price all excellent.

Reluctantly giving this company 1 star (no zero star option available) they retained my card details and helped themselves to a final payment without my authorisation and without completing the work.

From the initial inquiry from Charlotte in the office to the actual fitting of my worktops has been nothing but professional .
The price quoted was cheaper than local companies and these guys came from Manchester to Heathrow to do the work

I was thoroughly impressed with dealing with Granite 4 Less and found them to be competitive with their pricing, extremely professional by answering all my concerns and providing sensible solutions and always approachable, allowing me to contact them out of hours when required.
They also organised for their fitters to drive from Manchester at 4:00am to start work at 7:30am in London on a Sunday at no extra cost.
I would highly recommend this friendly family firm and will certainly use and recommend them to anyone who is looking to use their services!

Great service and product from granite4less, we would recommend to family and friends. Our Quartz worktop looks stunning. They delivered on everything they said they would. The Stonemasons were really good as well and had the 3 pieces fitted in no time.

The two guys worked very hard and are clean, extremely polite and very good. We would recommend them to anybody.

I found GFL on the internet and liked the info provided and the explanation for their competitive pricing of their products. I was a little perturbed that some reviews varied between 1* and 5* with nothing in-between, however, the service I received was first-rate and the installers (who were fairly local to me), despite a bit of a language barrier, were quick to demonstrate their proficiency, from templating, through installation. The end result was beautiful, the final cost about 20% less than that quoted by the kitchen provider. GFL told me that some of their installers were sub-contracted (which my installers were). My guess regarding the less favourable reviews is that some of the sub-contracted firms may not be quite as proficient as they could be. The obvious solution would be to have a list of installers on the GFL website, which can be vetted by the potential customer (which would have allayed my concern). Similarly, the T & Cs on the GFL website seem a little defensive, perhaps they could revisit these. For my experience, I liked the service and love the end result and on this basis, have no hesitation in awarding 5* and would use their service again.
