Granite and TREND Transformations UK - Wakefield Reviews 

Disappointed to write this. Had them fitted at my previous address for 15 years with no issue. Following a divorce I saved up and had them again at my new property. So disappointed this time. The worktop themselves are fine. Fitting wasn’t as great this time with visible joints. After 12 months the silicone between the worktop and upstands started to yellow/ go brown. I know how to look after them and had no issues. No chemicals used etc. Despite emailing the salesman and the company direct with pictures. No response. Eventually after 6 months, after repeated emails, I got a reply to say that the salesman had left the company, despite him telling me he was a director, and there was nothing they could do. Not an issue with their silicone, no other issues etc, usual tale. A lady told me to use bleach. I was dubious as bleach yellows things but did as asked. No better at all. Sent pictures again and again no response. Again we are now 6 months further down the line and my worktops look terrible. I’m ashamed of them despite spending so much money.

Update local office have contacted me. Silicone isn’t covered under the warranty. Could I dig some out and replace it? The girl who spoke to me has to contact Wendy the boss.

Update 13/7/23 Wendy has rung me whilst on leave. She is ringing me again on Monday to organise someone coming out.

Wendy and Anthony have been to repair the edge of the worktop
There has been long term steam leak from dishwasher.
Nothing has been too much trouble and the attention to detail second to none you cannot even see the repair.

Really pleased with our new worktops, Scott did an excellent job, despite having to deal with a plumbing emergency as well! The whole team from Darrell, initially showing us the different options, to Bev and Sharon who kept us informed throughout the process, which was well organised, friendly and professional, would definitely recommend.

The service from start to finish was excellent, with no pushy salesman (I ejected a smarty salesman of another from my property) and a first class product installed at the end. It was a pleasure dealing with Darrell the salesman, Lee the fitter and Sharon their administrator. We were seeking quotations to renew our existing Kitchen worktops and after Darrell's initial visit his professional approach convinced us that an overlay was the way forward. We chose our Quartz overlay from the numerous samples available and a competitive quote was provided including new sink & tap. The excellent product was expertly fitted by Lee and we were extremely satisfied with the finished job.

Used this company before, so, very happy to use them for my new kitchen. Fantastic company and all staff are lovely to deal with. Lee did an amazing job fitting the granite. Highly recommend them.

We cannot describe in enough words, just how delighted with our new worktops from Granite Transformations. It has literally transformed the kitchen, albeit the kitchen is only 18 months old (Wren), the worktops had deteriorated to such an extent in that time, we had no option but to replace them. We could not be more delighted. We would highly recommend this company. From initial consultation to fitting, this has to be the most pleasurable experience. This company leaves you feeling you have been given the personal touch. Lee the fitter was lovely & professional and the finished product is utterly beautiful and has really transformed the look. The tops are solid, finished edges, is durable and the way they catch the light, is wonderful. We know these tops will stand the test of time. The whole job took under 5 hours to install.

We were attracted to Transformations by the service reviews already posted which gave very high marks for service and products. We were not disappointed as the service was of a high quality, from the initial meeting and planning for the work needed through to the fitting where we were grateful for the professional hard work of our fitter, together with the humour, (needed from time to time!), that went into sorting everything needed on the day and leaving us with a kitchen that has been, as the firm's name implies, transformed!

My husband and I both went into the showroom today. The great welcome from Nicola was professional.
She talked us through the products and showed us the various designs, worktops,different types of kitchen doors colours available. Fantastic service and I recommend that you just go and have a chat with them.

The fitter, Scott did an excellent job. He was efficient, careful, accurate and cleaned up at the end of the process. He was very friendly and made the whole day enjoyable. I can't praise him enough.
I would also like to praise the entire Wakefield showroom staff - Wendy and Nicola, for their friendly advice, help and excellent knowledge of their products.

We are highly delighted with our new worktops. Scott arrived on time and put in a very good days work, often outside in heavy rain and leaving us with a highly professional job. He had a positive "can do" attitude to a quite complex job with few straight walls. He left the kitchen clean and tidy removing all packaging and scrap. I would recommend this company and especially Scott for kitchen upgrades.

After taking some time to decide as wasn’t sure if worktop overlay was the right choice, I am delighted with the end result. So quick to install with little disruption. Worktop and sink look great. Lee arrived at stated time, did the job and cleaned up after.

I was delighted with the overall workmanship of my worktops, albeit there was an issue regarding an unsatisfactory very visible seam that needed to be addressed.
To Wendy’s credit, the worktop problem was addressed, and the customer service was excellent.
The installers,Scott and Anthony were very professional craftsmen, polite and diligent, and I would highly recommend them for similar installation jobs.

We had a few issues and concerns after fitting but Wendy ( director ) and Marcus ( fitter) supported us and resolved the problem. Marcus's standard of work is first class!
The end result is fabulous, thank you.

My worktops were fitted by the Wakefield branch, Beverly was the initial contact who showed me the styles available, it was a hard decision as they are all beautiful but I decided on the white sparkle which turned out to be the right choice for me, Nicola followed up with a home visit after a long conversation I signed up to the white sparkle and paid the initial deposit, a few weeks later Lee made a home visit to measure up and the second instalment payment became due, Lee came on time at the fitting date and worked through until completion and refused any refreshment, His installation is to a very high standard, the quality of the worktops and finish is superb. A week later I made the final payment, they have indeed Transformed my Kitchen,

My lovely worktop from 04/2019 had a small chip on one edge.Scott and Wendy called today and sorted it in no time without charge.They were both lovely and brilliant service,even telephoned me and came earlier than the allotted time.Much appreciated.Thank you granite transformations
