A excellent job by the installer

From the initial appointment to the finished job everything was brilliant. Great communication and the guys did everything in less than a day. We had new worktop ..cooker and hob. Very pleased with the products. Would definately recommend 100%.

From visit of showroom in Marks Tey to completion of the fitting the new work top etc everything just worked out superbly, all appointments were on time and professionally carried out, the staff members were polite and helpful.

Each stage of the process was efficient and professionally done. The installation went smoothly and the installer worked tiddly and the outcome is fantastic. I am so pleased with the transformation. I highly recommend you.

Excellent service from all staff. We went into store to look at how the worktop replacement works and were given great advice. The representative that then attended our home to provide a quotation brought a large selection of samples and was very knowledgeable. The gentleman that come to fit the replacements was punctual, efficien and cleaned up afterwards.

Our experience with with Granite Transformations was superb from start to finish. The whole team want above and beyond throughout - from the initial visit to the completed work it was a pleasure meeting them all and we feel lucky to have been recommended them to 'transform' our kitchen. It really does look like a completely new space and has added some thing special just changing the work tops and sink.
The quality of the work is fantastic and Bob who fitted it was a joy to have around - such a friendly and knowledgeable guy as well as extremely talented. We are very pleased with our experience and the work. Very easy to deal with. Our kitchen has literally been transformed. Alex Dedjula, the fitter, was brilliant, very helpful with amazing attention to every small detail. We are very happy with the service received.

Very happy with the service we got from Strat to finish only took 2 days like they said.

We just had them out for a quote. When Matthew arrived he was negative right from the start. We wanted to incorporate a Rangemaster and have the cupboards refitted and designed around it. I asked him if he had any suggestions and he said “not really.” He basically tried to talk me out of it saying “well you have a nice hob.” Thank you very much Matthew but I didn’t ask your opinion of my hob I asked you for creative suggestions on how we might achieve what we want to do. He came inside with a notebook and didn’t open it once. He took no photos, no measurements, and made no drawings. I asked him could he give us a quote and he said “yes”. We waited 10 days for the quotation and still hadn’t heard back. When I decided to contact the local showroom and ask what the quote would be, I was told they decided not to quote! They did the original kitchen and also did some upgrades to it two years ago. We now want to upgrade to a new cooker and have them build in cupboards around it. As they had done all the prior work on the kitchen, the logical choice was to have them do this upgrade too. Very disappointed to have to chase them down for the quote and then be told they “decided not to quote”. We have a 5 figure budget so I guess we will pass our business on to another company who can follow through. The company as whole might be good but my opinion is that Cheltenham needs a new inhome customer representative.
