Stay far clear
Working with the design team was initially a positive experience, and they were helpful in selecting the granite. However, things took a sharp turn after the installation.
There were several issues following the install. Despite numerous phone calls over several weeks, I struggled to get any resolution. The installation team caused damage to both an electrical outlet and the surrounding walls. Unfortunately, the owner, Pavel, was not helpful in addressing the situation.
When Pavel came to assess the damage, he dismissed my concerns and attempted to deflect responsibility. I felt he was trying to gaslight me into believing the damage wasn’t their fault. His behavior became intimidating, using his physical presence in a way I found threatening when I refused to accept blame for damage clearly caused by his crew.
Ultimately, I had to hire a licensed electrician to rewire and replace the damaged outlet, which was deemed a significant safety issue. Despite providing clear photo evidence and a detailed invoice, Granite Unlimited took no responsibility whatsoever.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Their installation team was careless, and the owner refused to stand behind their work or act professionally when issues arose.
