Ordered online, the proprietor called me to ensure I had chosen the right tiles for the job. Paid by Bank Transfer which was queried by my bank but everything checked out for security. Emailed to say I had transfered the money and was sent invoice. Goods arrived next day via 2 deliveries. Brilliant and quick. Prices good also.

Fast Service, received a call regarding delivery date and driver was helpful when offloading. Reasonable price for my requirements and would use again.

Fantastic Service, very quick and efficient

Courier service was the worst I have ever experienced. They have let your company down and due to this I wouldn’t use you or recommend you.

The tiles, ordering and payment process were excellent but the experience was spoilt by the terrible delivery service.

The delivery was made to a block of 11 apartments and the resident who received the delivery is 88 years old and has recently had both knees replaced.

He asked for the driver to deliver the tiles to the rear of the building but he wouldn’t and would not even put them in the front porch and left the 88 year old to try to move 13 boxes of tiles. He apparently wouldn’t listen to anything that was said to him and was just in a rush to get off.

To compound the issue the driver then dumped his pallet and wrapping in our drive, propped up with the nails exposed preventing access to the recycling bins and causing a hazard for our elderly residents.

Fast delivery, good communications (I did have a problem when it arrived) sign of a good firm was the speedy way in which they rectified my problem

The reason for my review is that I have yet to receive the order and have not had any communication on if it is delayed or where it is?

Easy ordering processes. As they are based close by I chose to collect. Items where ready for immediate collection.

Polite and helpful staff. Prices are considerably cheaper than others

I bought some ceiling tiles. This was good. It was reasonably local so I didn’t have to pay postage. This too was good. The warehouse was slightly hard to find. This wasn’t too bad.
Job done.

Quality product, takes a coat of emulsion easily, for a bar chillout area that can be changed regularly then these tiles are the answer. Neville
