THIS COMPANY IS VERY DISHONEST AN THEFTS

Before ordering from Premiumvacuumtubes.com and Grantfidelity.com, I had doubts due to bad reviews, but they were the only authorized dealer for Linlai tubes in U.S. and Canada. Ivan and his girlfriend Rachael run the business from a townhouse in Canada, claiming it’s worth $5 million. They cancel orders without reason, charge fees they create by canceling, and profit without delivering products. They pressure customers into canceling by setting deadlines, benefitting without ever sending anything. I ordered a pair of Linlai Elite E6SN7 tubes, one Linlai WE274B, and one Linlai Elite 274B, requesting testing before shipping. The 274B tubes tested like new, but the E6SN7s tested as used. When I asked if they had another set, I received a rude email demanding a $35 cancellation fee plus other charges for refusing used tubes sold as new. Then they canceled my entire order without permission, kept $100 of my $665, and shipped nothing. Their return policy enables selling defective products while keeping your money. I regret not trusting my instincts—they have a history of scamming through cancellations and sending inferior items. Psvane dropped them for a reason. Avoid at all costs. After I paid $665, I emailed requesting they not send the E6SN7s they just tested and if he had another pair he could test. I never disputed the measurements, yet they replied with, “We don’t know where you received your tube education degree but 9ma = 100% emission. Your order will be refunded tomorrow with deduction of payment processing fee and order cancellation fee of $35.
We decline to be ordered around and be supervised by random customer, even if he or she paid for an order.
