Scam. Italian loafers are China piece of craps, wrong color, wrong size and literal plastic base. They said they would give me a credit. what a joke. their website says they do refunds. Total lie and someone needs to turn this company in.

SCAM
SCAM! I received the wrong size shoe AND they smelled putrid. Definitely from a cheap factory in China. When I contacted them for a refund, they replied I could only receive 25% of my purchase price. Unfortunately, I had already paid my credit card bill & so I was left with little recourse.
