I was charged for a product I never received, and they are not returning my messages

I was charged for a product I purchased, and they said they received my order. It's been almost 30 days and I have not received the product or a notification that it has been sent. I emailed and texted them and I've received no response. I've requested a block on the charge and am awaiting confirmation. They had sent two other items we ordered with no issue - it is only this one that didn't arrive.

DO NOT USE

They charged my credit card and sent me an email that my order has been received. it has been 10 days and no additional shipment information has been sent. I have emailed them with no response. I have called and left voicemails with no response. Trying to work with my bank to get my money returned.

No Communication

No communication through email, WhatsAp or phone. My shipment never arrived, so I filed a claim with UPS. UPS refunds my $130 to grapesforwine.com because they were the shipper. Since I could not get any response from grapesforwine.com about my order, I reversed payment with my bank. Six weeks later, with no notification, a replacement shipment is on my porch. It was completely unexpected, so it sat there for a few days spoiling because we were out of town. The enology class project I needed it for is long over. I am refusing shipment and sending it back through UPS. Either I will get a refund from grapesforwine.com and notify my bank, or I will keep the claim and the reverse payment.

Grapesforwine.com is a BAD business.

This company seemed like a legitimate business but it is NOT. They have zero customer service and they do not respond to any form of communication (email, text, whatsapp). There is apparently no phone number to call. Having no phone number should have been a red flag and it will be for me in future.

I ordered 5 gals of red grape must. It arrived about a week later and the pail was severely compromised. the top had been damaged with grapes and juice spilling out in the plastic wrapping bag and beyond. Totally useless. This is not their fault but the shippers but still they should try and resolve the issue with their customer (me). I have tried contacting them using their on line form submission process, emails to their address and via whatsapp. Whatsapp is clearly stated over their website as a quick response method of communication. I have had ZERO response back from them in any form. It is like they simply don't exist, but obviously that cannot be the case as they did send the grapes to me in the first place. I have filed a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. My advice, do not do business with this company.
