Graphene -X gear has been rock solid from the first purchase that I made from them on Kickstarter over 5 years ago. I have purchased many of their products from the most recent Heated Merino jacket to the Omega Pants in 2020 which were the first version of their everything proof pants. All of there products have lived up to their claims and have continued to perform well. When I had to exchange for any reason they provided great customer service. Highly recommend them for innovative and durable gear.

I have been buying Graphene-X products since they were first introduced on Kickstarter in 2019.

I have bought multiple jackets (for different purposes) including the handiest wind/rain jacket that packs into its own shoulder strap pouch (Nomad Ultralight), polo-shirts, t-shirts, sweat pants, and socks.

I have even given the Nomad jacket to all my family members, as well as a few polo shirts. They make great gifts.

Their products are always first rate quality, are built to last, and the company is responsive to the communications of its customers.

So far I've backed multiple of their kickstarter campaigns. These have shown the great quality of the gear.
I have also purchased separately from the site and always had good quality and communication/delivery.
When at one point I did contact costomer support they were friendly and helpful.
Overall very satisfied with both the products and the company.
Specifically this time me and my girlfriend got matching heated jackets. Size fit perfectly for both of us. She may have stolen my battery a few times because she does tend to drain hers during cold weather.
Seeing as it is still on the colder side the jacket has been a daily wear outside of extremely wet days. We both don't tend to use an umbrella otherwise we probably wouldn't switch jackets.

I am an early backer and bought almost all types of clothes G-x made. Great products and very reliable. I am struggling a bit with the zippers of the hoodies.

I have been a consumer of Graphene-x products from the beginning. I own almost all of their products. I especially like the polo shirts (both styles). I think I have at least 7 of them. They are incredibly comfortable, easy to wash and dry and they look great.
Highly recommended.

I love this gear! Shirts, polos, pants, socks, jackets, bags - from my first kickstarter backing to the massive haul I just received, it’s the best looking, most comfortable, and technical gear I own.

Customer service is responsive and friendly if contacting them is necessary.

Consistent quality, thoughtful design, cool features

I have multiple items from Graphene X all of which have done exactly what was promised for me. I have had 2 items which did not fit correctly when I received them. I reached out to Customer Support and they immediately exchanged them for the correct size. I am very impressed with their clothing and customer support.

I own more than a dozen different pieces of clothing from Graphene-X and love them. My favorites are the all rounder socks, the everything proof jacket, and the all rounder pants. I bought 12 of the crew size and 9 of the low cut socks - they are so comfortable that I wear them every single day

The reversible pants is hands down the most useful and versatile piece of clothing that I have ever owned. Rain or shine, winter or summer. Sittings at home in the sofa in +20 or doing alpine skiing in -20 Celsius. These pants somehow do it all, Extremely durable too. Took me 2 years of regular abuse for knees to start showing real signs of wear. Bought a second pair as backup, and got my wife a pair too.

Only downside is that the pants don’t come in kids sizes.

Note: I also own a LOT of other graphene X products, Happy with most, but the pants above I will single out since they are (at least) a level above anything similar that I have seen.

I've mainly been served as a customer by Graphene-x as a Kickstarter backer (at least 2 pairs of graphene pants and jackets), and have only been a direct customer via their website once (for the black denim Grephene jeans). My experience (with buying and receiving their goods) has been pretty much easy and flawless, though, maybe it's partly because I'm based in California, U.S.

I've been an early backer and have become a power user of their products. Definitely worth their price, if you're looking for something which will make a bug difference on your adventures!

I have many products by Graphene-x. They are high quality and durable. I really like the warmth adaptable fabric of the puffer jacket.

I am always looking for light outdoor gear for my long trails in different locations.
With Graphene-x i found very durable and very light gear with an excellent price.

I've backed Graphene-X from their first campaigns, and have only good experiences. True, the products they offer are pricey, but they're really good and when a defect turned up (happened twice so far, both times a long time after receiving the product), they've honoured their lifetime warranty. My wife joked that slowly Graphene-X is taking over my wardrobe but it's true. Why? The quality is good and I love wearing them.
The date I'm putting on this review is when I got a compensation for a broken zipper on my reversible hoody. I've bought and backed multiple items in the last year (and years before) but it's important to me that they stand by their stuff and honour their warranty.

As for the t-shirts, I’ve owned them for years and they haven’t lost any of their original craftsmanship. I challenge the competitors to make products this long-lasting and durable.

Loving Graphene-X. Being a backer on their Kickstarter campaigns for a long time. They have always delivered. I constantly come back due to the quality and look of the products, sustainable views, just the whole thing.

Graphene-X clothing have been a great companion to me over numerous excursions and hikes over the past four or five years. Their trekking clothing is sturdy, comfortable, has great heat balance and needs little maintenance. The regular clothing is breathable, self-cleaning and odour-free - incredibly practical and hard-wearing. Highly recommended!

I've been a customer since the very first kickstarter campaign. I greatly recommend graphene-X.
I love their philosophy : function over fashion.
Everything is said. Technical gear, that is very well designed, that is very tough, that is adapted for different moments of your life : travel, work, sports, etc.
It's become my go-to brand.
And customer support is great too.

The best material used in making the clothing. After I tried the active polo, I am not going to buy polo from other brands.
