The most user unfriendly product Ive come across in years
The most user unfriendly, clunky and pointless app/portal for anyone/company who pays them to "onboard" a vendor ! You can invoice a company so easy, but if they use this, then you spend hours going round and round in circles trying to do the same thing over and over again to simply get paid - it boots out the data it already accepted and then hounds you with emails telling you there are tasks to be done, but makes it so difficult to find them, or instruiction on how to complete them - if you are the vendor, and your clients use this portal, youre going to go insane trying to get paid. Run for the hills and find new clients! Another Amercian product forced on non American companies when it is utterly unnecessary. Oh, and why do they need my passport and personal data? Hmmmm
