I got the strings in two days after placing the order. Fast delivery. They look exactly like on a picture, same shade of a colour. Looking forward to feeling how they play!

I was told I would get my purchase in a day and tracked and when I contacted them 2 days later they said they changed delivery partners and changed the delivery timeline.

We've been really pleased with Grapplesnake UK. The strings are unique and we really like the full range, and now it's much easier to find them. Previously we struggled to find European distributors but now delivery is quick and easy, and Paul is always very responsive and helpful.

I am a bit of a tennis obsessive and this extends to my gear. I string with polys exclusively and have tried so many different strings from so many different brands.
I tried Grapplesnake strings approx 6 months ago. They produce high quality strings, I’ve tried a lot of their range (Tour M8, Alpha, Sniper, Cube, Mako, Cube, Game Changer, and Paradox Pro).
My favourite is Tour M8. I think the connected feel and marked ball-pocketing is far superior to many other “YouTube-famous” strings. SnapBack isn’t as impressive as some of these other brands but it doesn’t seem to impair the spin I can generate.
I also really enjoyed Alpha but after quite a lot of testing Tour M8 has just beaten it. The Tour M8 offers so much control. I’ve always struggled a bit with depth control, this largely fixes that problem. I have found you can string really low with the M8 which enhances the pocketing and spin without losing control. I’ve always strung at 54/52. I’ve dropped that by 10lbs over time in the M8 (albeit it’s cold at the moment).
I string for some friends too. My equally obsessed mate, waxes lyrical about Sniper - stiffer and crisper than my preference, but another great string.
I would also say that the customer service from Paul (the owner of Grapplesnake UK) goes above and beyond. He has been so helpful in helping me select a string.
In summary a brand with a really high-quality product and great customer service. I would definitely give them a try.
