I ordered the turf a few weeks in advance and then contacted the company to arrange the exact delivery date. I did not receive a track and trace code but the turf arrived at 14:30 on the agreed date. The delivery person was friendly and brought the turf all the way to the garden. Now 3 weeks later, the turf had taken root very well and is growing.
One of the worst customer service ever. They changed the delivery date several time. They claim delivery to happen within 24 hours, I made my order on Thursday, on Friday, they sent an email that they can not deliver on Friday. I was expected the turf delivery today from 10-12, they informed me by email at 14h30 that we will deliver it tomorrow not today. The company website shows a phone number that never works, tried it several days on different time. I have not received it yet. If you want to stay home waiting for your turf to arrive forever, order it from them.
