Purchased my Dacia Duster from Gravells this weekend, highly recommend purchasing from them and would look to buy from them again in the future. Jake was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful from start to finish - superb service. I initially only planned on a test drive and ended up sealing the deal on the day thanks to Jake and all his help.
Very good service from Sales person Cassie. Helpful and answered all our questions, or found someone who could if she couldn't. Made the sales/part exchange experience smooth, efficiently dealing with documents/registration transfers etc.

Excellent experience with Gravells Kia Kidwelly. I initially went in looking for a used car around 2 years old and came away with brand new Sportage on a great deal. Richard was brilliant friendly and very patient of my specific requirements for the car. I can not recommend this dealer enough. 5 star.

Rude and arrogant Sales Manager , Callum, Leanne from service thought she could be rude to my husband as well. Very unprofessional branch. Had my new EV4 for 3 days and it had problems starting , over first 2 weeks would not start 11 times . RAC struggled as well, called out twice , my husband and daughter could not start it either . But the attitude was my fault , made me start car in front of them ! I have driven electric cars for 2 years . RAC say it an intermittent fault with computer system , but Kia seem to think it my fault ! Would never recommend them them unless you want to be talked down to as you are a woman. Ongoing problem. Eventually a helpful service manager agreed to have the car in to look at , fingers crossed they fix it . Or I will reject the vehicle as never felt so on edge in a new vehicle to when it will not start
This is the 3rd car we have had from Gravells dealership in Narberth. Jason Boucher has sold us all 3 cars and he always makes us feel valued. We recently took 3 different cars for a test run because we couldn’t decide, I don’t think Jason would have minded if we’d taken every model for a test run just so that we could decide! Eventually decided on a hybrid automatic Sportage ( never had automatic or hybrid before) but we are very pleased indeed with it and if there is anything I’m concerned with or need to know - I know Jason is on the other end of the phone and can give me an answer - he never fails, he knows everything about everything! Would definitely recommend Gravells Narberth 5* from us!

I had been looking at getting a Dacia Duster for a short while.
So l went to Dacia Hereford. I was welcomed by Nick. I told him my requirements & found me a car that fitted what l had asked for perfectly.
Nothing was too much trouble. He made the whole process easy & answered any questions l was unsure of. I had some trouble with some of the paperwork & had to go to Dacia Hereford for some assistance. Isaac & two other colleagues assisted in helping me complete the required sections. Thank you to them also. The car is everything l wanted. I will be going to Dacia Hereford for any future purchases. I would recommend Nick & the Dacia Hereford team.

We ordered a brand new Renault Clio for March delivery on the new number plate.
When we came to collect our new car, at the time and date previously agreed, the car wasn’t in a hand over bay or out the front of the dealership it was around the side of the dealership in a car park amongst a row of other cars. Not other new cars, these were presumably other customers cars in for repair or service.
When we looked over our new car before driving off we saw it was damaged to the front near side wing. We’ve got no idea how or when the damage occurred, but we were lucky to spot this as it was raining quite heavily at the time.
Furthermore, we’re not sure whether this dealer regularly does new car hand overs in a car park, but I do hope they didn’t do the handover in this way to mask the damage which they didn’t want us to see - I guess we’ll never know.
Anyway, we rejected the car and insisted on a refund.

I have recently purchased a car from Kia Bridgend, called in this morning to enquire when I will be able to collect the car.
I spoke to Shona at the reception area , I must say Shona went out of her way to ensure everything was set up ready for my collection.

Many thanks to Nick and Isaac at Gravells, Hereford for all their assistance in the purchase of our Dacia Bigster. We previously had a Duster but needed more space to accommodate a wheelchair. Nick and Isaac handled all the DVLA paperwork for us meaning there was a smooth transition from Duster to Bigster. Fab customer service, all round.

Had a great experience buying my new car from Gravells Kidwelly. I was picked up from railway station and offered lift back after my test drive. Car was delivered very quickly with accessories fitted as requested.

Just want to leave a quick review on our experience with Gravells of Narberth, my wife and I went to look for a new car last week at The Narberth garage, parked our old car up went inside within 4 mins of being there, Lewis Gravell approached us asking if everything was ok, we explained what we where doing there and he took over and did his thing, absolutely fantastic experience with him, cut a long story short we picked up our new car today, all I can say from a personal point of view is this, nothing was to much for Lewis he answered all the questions we had explained the process and it went as smooth as one could expect absolutely outstanding service couldn't recommend them enough, one thing is for sure this won't be the last time we buy a new car from you a massive 5***** from myself and my beautiful wife thanks for the making the experience painless well apart from giving you the money of course 😆 thanks again
