Be cautious if buying a new car!

We ordered a brand new Renault Clio for March delivery on the new number plate.

When we came to collect our new car, at the time and date previously agreed, the car wasn’t in a hand over bay or out the front of the dealership it was around the side of the dealership in a car park amongst a row of other cars. Not other new cars, these were presumably other customers cars in for repair or service.

When we looked over our new car before driving off we saw it was damaged to the front near side wing. We’ve got no idea how or when the damage occurred, but we were lucky to spot this as it was raining quite heavily at the time.

Furthermore, we’re not sure whether this dealer regularly does new car hand overs in a car park, but I do hope they didn’t do the handover in this way to mask the damage which they didn’t want us to see - I guess we’ll never know.

Anyway, we rejected the car and insisted on a refund.

I have recently purchased a car from Kia Bridgend, called in this morning to enquire when I will be able to collect the car.
I spoke to Shona at the reception area , I must say Shona went out of her way to ensure everything was set up ready for my collection.

Another great experience at Gravells Hereford. Fab service.

I cannot praise Gravells KIA in Bridgend enough, and I’m so grateful for the outstanding care I received from Shauna and her team, She went above and beyond every time I brought my car in—her honesty and knowledge saved me hugely.

Had a great experience buying my new car from Gravells Kidwelly. I was picked up from railway station and offered lift back after my test drive. Car was delivered very quickly with accessories fitted as requested.

New Sportage

Just want to leave a quick review on our experience with Gravells of Narberth, my wife and I went to look for a new car last week at The Narberth garage, parked our old car up went inside within 4 mins of being there, Lewis Gravell approached us asking if everything was ok, we explained what we where doing there and he took over and did his thing, absolutely fantastic experience with him, cut a long story short we picked up our new car today, all I can say from a personal point of view is this, nothing was to much for Lewis he answered all the questions we had explained the process and it went as smooth as one could expect absolutely outstanding service couldn't recommend them enough, one thing is for sure this won't be the last time we buy a new car from you a massive 5***** from myself and my beautiful wife thanks for the making the experience painless well apart from giving you the money of course 😆 thanks again

We had our “old” kia sportage repaired here. Service was outstanding. We have recently had our MOT and pre paid service plan, perfect. Exceptional dealership and customer service

After visiting a local dealerships and test driving a Renault Megane we were set on the car, however not so taken by the dealerships. Previously having a Kia and dealing with Gravells Abergavenny, I think we had been spoilt and expected the same great experience. When we found a Gravells in Kidwelly that also specialised in Renault we deemed the longer journey to the dealership well worth it! And it was. Second time writing this 1 star rating…

Second time writing this 1 star rating as Gravells clearly had my review removed for speaking the truth. I've had nothing but terrible service since I started going there. Leased 3 cars over 5 years and each time I book on for MOT, I'm lied to stating that they tried calling to cancel. They even slyly added 2 payments of service when I went to pay a deposit for my car, even though I specifically told them I didn't want it. I've had one service out of it, and I've recently booked the car into another garage for my second serviced despite already paying Gravells. Receptionist is so unprofessional. I will never ever return.
