Gravity Fitness Reviews

Gravity Fitness have been absolutely Superb as usual. Product purchased : Traveller Parallettes, original set kit had a slight oversight by the manufacturers, missing essential parts. Upon contacting Gravity, they swiftly sent a replacement item, without any quibble, I could not be more happy as a customer. This company are Top rated and truly know their products, and most essentialy they are always there with backup and advise and with customer support to complete. Very refreshing in the market today, and having purchased from them before, I will be keeping regular with their excellent range of products, which are without doubt the most professional excercise and Calisthenics products available in UK. Top marks ! Daz

Everything I've purchased from Gravity Fitness has been built to the highest standard. Products always arrive on time, are easy to assemble, and most importantly are durable.

I've purchased a couple of things in the past from this company. The quality was decent. However as an athlete using chalk almost everyday, this is the worst chalk I ever used in my life. They refused the refund so this product will go into bin because it's not a proper chalk. The hands are very slippery after applying their chalk on the hands, so I think without it you perform better. Also, this chalk is very hard to get rid of even when washing hands, it means it's more other liquids or ingredients than magnesium.

I bought 2 parallettes 1 small and one medium ones and the quality is 10/10 had a small issue with the small just the team were very quick and responsive and it was sorted straight away and I’m excited to start my calesthetics journey I also bought some for my son from little lifters excited to use these highly recommended easy to put together and very sturdy and high quality

Am lovin my recent purchase from Gravity Fitness! Their 'Warrior Grip' trainers are awesome. Slightly thinner handles than others I own, which means I can train my finger tip grip in a more advanced way. Should be useful if I ever get into rock climbing! Also don't squeak like my older ones but that could just be down to use. AAA+++++

Honestly I'm happy, I can't not give 5 stars for the chin up rack and the service, and fast emails. I would order again.

Exceptional quality and outstanding customer service
I cannot recommend Gravity Fitness enough ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
The item i ordered was a pull up bar which I found to be high level manufacturing and quality materials used. Delivery service ahead of time.
The customer service is second to none, very helpful and quick response from all of the team.
Gravity Fitness would be my option when ordering in the future.

The gravity pull up bars and extension kit were delivered in two packs without a problem, I was able to set up okay but should of watched the video, I am 74 and try to be active I cycle off road and have an indoor rower but the last year I have lacked the drive to do much and hoped the gravity bars would be a simple way to try to regain upper body strength, unfortunately I have been doing dead hangs and my right shoulder has become numb so I have stopped. I am 5 feet 8 inches 1.727mm and can hang just clear of the floor the bars feel stable not that I can do much but hang, I do not feel I would benefit from the app there are other resources from gravity fitness and others which I intend to view once I get passed the shoulder problem.

Fast delivery. Competitive prices and most importantly quality products. I bought 4 times already on their website.

Really good products, that are well-made, sturdy and high quality. I will always look to Gravity Fitness first for anything I may need to buy for home.

They also have outstanding customer service. Massive thanks to Lydia to helped with my problem rapidly and professionally.

I would highly recommend Gravity Fitness!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely brilliant weighted vest. The 30kg adjustable weight makes it really versatile, whether I’m using it for pull-ups, push-ups, squats or conditioning workouts. Feels solid, comfortable and secure while training, and the ability to adjust the weight is a massive bonus. Perfect bit of kit for my truck workouts and gym sessions. Highly recommend! 💪🏻 @convoyconditioning 😎🚛💪🏻

I placed an order with Gravity Fitness and was very impressed with the speed of delivery. However, I was even more impressed with the aftercare.

There was a glitch in the app which resulted in me being overcharged, and a couple of the products I ordered weren’t suitable for my setup. I reached out by email and Lydia dealt with everything brilliantly. A free collection was arranged for the next day and a refund was also organised for the error with the app.

Lydia’s responses were quick, professional and exactly what you would hope for when, inevitably, things don’t always go perfectly first time.

I’ll definitely be ordering more products in the near future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gravity Fitness.

If only every company was this efficient!

Well done guys, leading by example. Keep it up

I have bought the portable pull-up bar & extension kit which works well for me as I am 6ft 3. This setup is stable and with the assistance of the helpful videos and resistance bands I am sure I will be able to do my first pull-up soon 💪

Easy to install everything is you need is included.

Excellent product & great customer service

My parallets arrived on time and were easy to assemble. Good quality product with no wobbles and solid grip surface to support body weight. The app service offers good progression routines. Have been using the app for 6 months.

Extended range of products and of very high quality and durability which has made a big difference to my calisthenics training.

Delivery Service 5 Stars,
The Quality & Presentation of the product is AMAZING!

Quick delivery, really pleased with the quality of the Statics Bar and an overall excellent service.

I’m absolutely happy with my experience with Gravity Fitness! The quality of the freestanding pull-up bar is outstanding, and the shipping was incredibly fast, smooth, and hassle-free.
What impressed me most, though, was the exceptionally friendly and helpful customer support. They responded incredibly quickly, were genuinely helpful, and went above and beyond to support us. You can really tell that the customer is at the heart of everything they do.
It’s such a customer-oriented, professional, and genuinely likeable company. I would happily recommend them to anyone, and I’ll definitely be buying all my future fitness equipment from them as well.
Absolutely 5 stars — highly recommended!
