There's a reason this dealership has so many negative reviews, so pay attention. We agreed on a purchase price and terms, then they reneged on the deal (after already signed off on terms by the owner!) and sold to someone else. I have the text thread to prove all this. The sales personnel are so incompetent that they asked for my driver's license, gave me phone number to text it to, then hours later said they didn't get it because they forgot to enter my contact info for their system to receive it! What a bunch of b.s.! Inept, incompetent, dishonest, and once they realized their mistake they all of a sudden didn't want to talk to me. Likely because by that time someone else who was willing to pay a little more came forth and wanted to buy. I have purchased a LOT of automobiles in my 60-plus years and have NEVER seen such a dishonest and disreputable dealer! Stay away if you want to be treated with honesty and integrity! Especially if your salesman's name is "Cass." If you're going to sell high-end cars, you might want to offer customers a shred of integrity. Several BBB negative reviews, and interesting how the company does not effectively addresses any any negative reviews
