Unprofessional, Non considerate
Horrible team of Steve and his secretary Leyla. Avoid at all costs. Non-considerate, unprofessional, sweet-talking thugs. When I engaged them, they were prompt and quick to reply but now they have been sitting on Party wall award matters for weeks now. They took more than two weeks to undertake survey, another three weeks to do a draft award.
When I mentioned to his secretary that I am unable start works becuase of they inefficiencies, she had audacity to tell me that a number of builders are stuck becuase of party wall issues. She cant be held responsible for delays. Her boss has got more important projects with deadlines he needs to meet.
