Great service, great value, great set-up
Great service, great value, great set-up.
Very friendly, totally know what they're doing, really flexible and get a lot for your money.
Have used them several times, have recommended them to friends and family and will keep doing so. Great to see them win awards in a very competitive field here in Edinburgh.

An excellent friendly and good value service. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will pick up and deliver your bike if required and also offer a courtesy bike while yours is being repaired or serviced. Adam is an absolute star.

John Lewis doesn't do bikes shops but if they did ...
John Lewis doesn't do bikes shops, but if they did it would be like Grease Monkey. A customer focused team, delivering what they promised and to a very high level of quality.
I have used the Edinburgh branch to carry out work ranging from simple servicing, through problem solving and even bike builds. Adam and team are knowledgeable and friendly and always happy to discuss what's right for the customer. Good value for money and great to support a local bike shop.
I always used the collection and delivery service and would highly recommend.
