Cannot reach the company.
Bought what appeared to be a free standing pre rinse tap which turned out requires a stand, I've tried for weeks to get hold of the company and to request a refund. No one has been in contact I've not been able to reach anyone. Avoid at all costs, I'm now out of pocket.

We ordered the grease trap installation package on the website. From start to finish the service has been excellent. We got a call to go through some quick questions about the install and book it in. The engineer arrived when they said he would and got us set up and installed with no mess or disruption. Would highly recommend A++
