Delivery arrived later than planned , through no fault of GBOF, as a result some of the contents had been damaged in transit. GBOF have to their credit sent out a full replacement order as a result.

We are genuinely gutted to read this. We put a massive amount of work into our Gluten-Free recipe, and we’ve actually been receiving some wonderful 5-star feedback recently from Coeliac customers calling it "perfection" and the "best they've found in years."
That said, we completely appreciate that GF dough behaves very differently from wheat dough. Because it lacks gluten strands, it can feel like a "mess" if you try to stretch it like a standard pizza—it needs to be gently pressed out, often with a little oil or water on your hands rather than just flour, as our guidance suggests (which we note you said you followed).
We would hate for you to write it off based on one bad attempt. Please drop our support team a message—we’d love to talk you through the specific handling technique to get that 5-star result we know the dough is capable of!

Easily the best pizza base for homemade pizzas
Easy to order, delivery was quite quick and the pizza bases were amazing. I ordered the bases, sauce, mozzarella, garlic butter & pepperoni for my daughter’s birthday party. I was feeding 8 teenagers and there was nothing left 🤣🤣🤣 Easily the best pizza base I’ve bought to make pizza at home

I ordered 4 bags of cheese, some pepperoni and peel powder.
The product arrived on time and they were perfectly packed. The cheese bags were resealable and the quality is great as was the pepperoni. They were packed with an ice pack which was still frozen meaning the products arrived in perfect condition.
Definitely my new goto place for everything pizza. Communication about my order was spot on.

We are so glad you can taste the difference. We believe the reason our dough "elevates" the pizza is down to what we put in (and what we leave out!). Unlike many supermarket or takeaway products, which can be full of Ultra-Processed ingredients (UPF), we keep ours strictly natural.
We use ingredients from local suppliers and refuse to add any nasties—just honest, simple dough. We are thrilled you’re enjoying a better, healthier, and more affordable pizza night!
The peel and preparation powders did…
The peel and preparation powders did not come in the containers as advertised. They came in a bag which makes dispensing difficult.
I would like to thank Great Balls of Flour for their prompt response and to provide the product in the container as advertised. They explained the reason for supplying the product in a different type of container than advertised and it made perfect sense. I have changed my rating from 2 to 5 based upon their customer care after service.
p.s. the dough balls were really tasty:)

We are really sorry about this! You are absolutely right—the bags are much trickier to dispense from than our usual tubes, and that isn't the experience we wanted for you.
We wanted to be transparent: we experienced a sudden supply issue with our tube manufacturers. We had to make a tough call to use bags temporarily so we didn't leave customers without any dusting flour at all.
However, we have good news! We expect the tubes to arrive later this week. Please could you email our support team? We would love to send you a set of the correct tubes (on us) as soon as they land, so you can dispense the powder easily.

Gluten free pizza perfection !
I have been coeliac for 2 years and not been able to find a pizza base that’s any good . Tonight we were able to have one regular and one gluten free and they were amazing ! The gluten free one is fantastic and I can’t recommend this dough enough. We froze the balls and defrosted them to make our own personal pizza true perfection. Well done please don’t stop doing gluten free.

Thank you for the honest feedback. We completely understand your point—the brown bags definitely aren't as swish as our usual tubes!
We wanted to be totally transparent: we hit a major supplier issue with our tubes recently. We had a tough choice: stop selling the dust entirely (which leaves people stuck when trying to stretch their dough, especially at Christmas) or use temporary packaging to keep the pizza ovens firing.
We selected the bags so no one would miss out, but we apologise that this wasn't clearly communicated before you ordered.

The dough was exceptionally disappointing.
The dough was order to arrive 30th dec, it actually arrived 24th Dec this was in itself problematic. We set about having these pizzas for new year, they were exceptionally disappointing. The rise was poor and then the dough was very sticky - they didn’t cook well in the pizza oven with all 14 being soggy and not pleasant. I was very disappointed, and will not be tempted by these again.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the pizzas were disappointing, but we wanted to clarify a few points regarding the product and delivery.
As "Standard Delivery" was selected, we shipped the order immediately to arrive on the 24th. To delay shipping for a specific date (like the 30th), the "Nominated Delivery" option must be selected at checkout.
Regarding the texture: Our dough is an authentic high-hydration Neapolitan recipe, so it is designed to be sticky—this is what creates the light, airy crust. However, if stored in the fridge for 6 days (from the 24th to the 30th), the yeast would have perished, leading to the issues you described.
We highly recommend watching our YouTube video on handling dough for first-time users, which specifically covers how to work with high-hydration doughs to avoid stickiness. If you drop us an email, we can share some further tips to help you master the technique.
