Unfortunately i ordered a wrong size and want to exchange them for a bigger size. I've sent several times an e-mail and started a conversation by chat bot, but sadly zero response....
If it is impossible to exchange...."NO" is an answer too.....

I bought a Samsonite leather bag a couple of months ago. They received the money but still didn't send there is no shipment, no item. Also, I emailed a couple of times to the customer services but no return back...
I ordered an item from them and they charged my bank account for it. About a week later, they said my order was being cancelled (no explanation) and that I would receive a refund. It's been over 2.5 months and I have not received a refund. I contacted the company 5 times in 3 different ways and have never received a response. They still have the item listed as "in stock on their website. They are scammers, do not order from them!
I ordered some shoe inserts more than a week ago (Order No. 2479) and their automated message indicates they are waiting on order fulfillment whatever that means. Will seek to cancel through our bank and report as a fraudulent transaction.
Is this company still in business? Made a purchase and they confirmed my order but when I tried to get in touch for updates, no response - not email, not on their chat app. Only response is an automated message saying that the order is being processed. Also, there's no option to cancel (before the order gets sent).
