I appreciated the meet & greet service, which was included in the price. The vehicle was clean and a good size, perfect for 4 of us and all our luggage!

They left me stranded in a rural location for a late night pick up - sending a cancellation message just after the pickup time - despite assuring me several times in the days leading up to the pickup that the booking was confirmed.

They are now delaying the refund on my prepaid booking due to “technical issues”.

I will not be using them again.

My understanding is that this company do not have their own taxis and are a middleman for other taxi companies so ultimately cannot be relied upon to make sure bookings are followed through.
