The most professionnal

Amazing service very professional Chris arrived 15 min early and sent me a message 30 min before arriving. Will definitely book it again ! So far the best taxis i have ever used to go to Gatwick airport

Late to the airport but otherwise good

We always use this car service when we flight into LHR after a transatlantic flight. In my experience, they are late arriving to the airport, and today was no different. I budget an extra half hour of waiting and whatsapp’ing at the terminal. But, after the driver arrived, everything was very easy. He had my name on his phone, helped with my heavy suitcase, and dropped me off as close as possible to my destination. The price seems fair and I like that I can book and pay online.

Punctuality & helpfulness

I was redirected to britanniaairportcars.co.uk
The bpccars.com website provided an international WhatsApp number that didn’t work.
All of this made me suspect it might be a scam.
It wasn’t. After paying, I received a WhatsApp message from a different number that did work properly. There was a smooth dialogue to resolve any issues. Note: they made a mistake when finalising the number of passengers I’d requested, but they sorted it out via WhatsApp.

En la web de bpccars.com se ofrecía un número internacional de whatsapp que no funcionaba.
Todo ello hacía presagiar que podía ser un fraude.
No fue así. Tras pagar recibí un whatsapp desde otro número diferente que sí funcionaba bien. Hubo diálogo fluido para solucionar problemas. Ojo: se equivocaron al pasar a limpio el número de pasajeros que yo había pedido, pero lo solucionaron por whatsapp.
Por tanto, recomiendo tanto bpccars.com como britanniaairportcars.co.uk y me proporcionaron precio más barato que otras alternativas (tren...)
