Very poor customer service!

We ordered a substantial quantity of job cards which were supplied incorrectly (black and white instead of the agreed specification). This issue was raised multiple times.

A member of the production team eventually offered a reduction in cost and advised that accounts would follow this up. However, six months later, there has been no acknowledgement or resolution.

Disappointing experience! I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Also known as Excel Press Group Ltd. We placed an order with this company based on an agreed pro‑forma invoice, which was paid in full.
After payment, we discovered that additional money had been taken from our bank account. We raised this issue formally and requested a refund. Unfortunately, no clear explanation has been provided and the money has not been refunded. Communication has been poor, with the matter repeatedly passed around and now we are being ignored.
After later reading other reviews, it is concerning to see many customers reporting similar issues, particularly unexpected additional charges and difficulty obtaining refunds.
This review reflects our genuine experience. Other businesses should avoid at all costs.

Awful - first get hounded by sales. When you do give them a go - communication is so poor! They’ve taken extra money from my account without confirming why and what for - can’t ever get hold of anyone. Poor organisation. Items missing from order. A complete shit show!

What an absolute disgrace this Company is. We have been lied to from the moment the salesman appeared in our office. The products are not produced in the UK as we were told. They have taken our money without consent. They tried to add another £80 delivery charge that the salesman did not tell us about. They tried to talk us into buying some more saying they had accidently made too many and wanted more money. They never return any calls. When I ask to speak to the owner I am told he’s getting ready to go on holiday! Shocking service. Still no delivery date three months later . Awful company

Think these reviews say it all, I used them many times until they took an unauthorised £100 off my card. Rang them several times in the end I wrote it off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely scam company , I tried 2 yrs ago and have the worst experience and I said maybe was one time thing ,tried this year and again worst that the 1st time . They should rename the company from Great British printers to scam British printers .

These people are scammers they take money from your account without your authorization bill you more than agreed price and don’t even deliver the good. Please be careful they use multiple names to operative .

Avoid at all costs! Where do I begin? Appalling customer service and phone very rarely answered once an ordered has been placed. False information given regarding quantities and prices quoted. Invoiced for incorrect amount! Honestly, do yourself a favour and find another printing company. Avoid the stress of dealing with such incompetent and inept printers.

Recieved a friendly cold call from a lady stating a salesman is in my area to promote his company-I stated to her that I only needed a small number of letter heads as I was retireing soon. The chap called and I purchased 500 letter heads-only needed 50!
The company phoned me up stating the printing had overrun and offered me them at a reduced price , I got talked into the extra quantity initially but phoned them back after ten mins to cancall the extra order. Concerned that I had no firm response I called the printers several times to be met with `we will see what we can do!I recieved an invoice for double the amount that I had originally agreed to. On chcking my bank account I noticed the printers had helped themselves to 2 further payments to them without my knowledge. Phoned the printers three more times-they are not interested. Just scammers-con merchants-please be warned! The salesman didn't advise on delivery costs or vat-obviously as bad as the company he represents!

This company is a disgrace. They are really quick to take your money but afterwards the communication is very poor and frustrating. They will also persuade customers to make an order explaining that they are offering a great deal and everything will be smooth but in fact their products are massively overpriced, everything takes ages and very often the quality is bad. We have used them a few times and every time the experience gets worse and worse - we will never use them again obviously and are still chasing for a refund that was promised weeks ago. Don't use and if one of their sales representatives calls you - just hang up.

how this company is still in business is beyond me waited weeks for locking wheel nut key bags for our garage to finally turn up to be the wrong colour and the rep went away with a copy no one answering the phone total disbelief please do not use

Was willing to try this company after getting a call from a 'tele sales person (older lady).. clearly gets paid for booked appointments from the so called 'in your area today rep' ... I wanted a catalogue which she said he would have and then we could go through what we needed... turns up in jeans and t shirt and no catalogue. Stated she lied about that just for the appointment. They don't do catalogues! Oh well their loss. Business will go elsewhere. I would suggest the director wakes up and informs his staff not to lie.. unless that's the sort of business he wants to run... clearly from the other reviews I'd say it is run by lying thieving cheats

Do not give this company your work and never give them your bank details. They have taken money from my account without my permission. Currentlyl they have £200 for a deposit for some work which they took ages to start and then got completely wrong. they wont give me the money back or respond to my emails to do different work from artwork they already have. Something is seriously wrong here

By far the worst company to deal with ever, they are arrogant, rude, take and hold your card details and take money without consent, and order was placed on 31st March arrived 21st July,

on all fronts they failed , and a year later used my debit card details again to take monoies from account with out any corrispondace ,total scam artists

WHY DO YOU KEEP RINGING I AM REGISTERED WITH TPS AND HAVE TOLD YOU THIS NUMEROUS TIMES. DO NOT CALL PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR REVIEWS SURELY THAT SAYS SOMETHING. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY.

This company as it appears by others experiences took all the money for the goods and now weeks and weeks in I am not getting my goods. I am horrified at the abysmal service. They aren't worth one star.
