Same experience as others. Ordered an electric trailer dolly from their Amazon store which says 2 in stock on Dec. 24. It is now Feb. 12 and still no item. No updates, no help when I call. Thankfully I did use Amazon so I was able to cancel the order but very frustrating
If I could give zero stars I would. Great Circle is a vendor on Amazon. I ordered a powered cart for my parents for Christmas through Amazon with Great Circle as the vendor. I scheduled the date for delivery for 9 days after the order date and the item was not delivered. I contacted Amazon, which said the company was out of stock and they didn’t know when they could get the item for me. I go on Amazon to see that Great Circle is still selling the exact same item (19 in stock), but at an increased price. Clearly, Great Circle mis-advertised on Amazon when I purchased. This is a sham organization.
