Jacki at albany oregon great clips is the best!

I've been going to Great Clips to specifically to see Dawn at Kempsville Marketplace in Virginia Beach for a little over 2 years now. I've been nothing but pleasantly pleased with each and every haircut. Dawn always makes sure that I am satisfied before leaving the salon. I highly recommend her hair art to each and everyone reading this review.

Checked in successfully on app which said Valley Cottage hours were open til 4:00 PM. Arrived at 3:30 PM and hours posted on door also said open til 4:00 PM but they had locked the doors and preparing to leave. Do they not want business? OK, I will not return.

Had my hair cut by Kiersten, She did a gret job and took her time. Best cut I've had in a while

SO VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I asked for someone to "TRIM" my "STACKED BOB," but the stylist ruined my cut ~ something I didn't discover it until the next time I washed and styled my hair. Instead of "undercutting," she cut SHORT LAYERS on the top of my hair. Now I will have to wait MONTHS before I can get it cut again.

NO MORE! Why can't these stylists spend just a bit more TIME with the customer? I feel as though she RUSHED through the job.

Great Clips collected my information claiming that it was to better serve me but the location where I got my hair cut, listed the location as 'another store' so they cannot tell me who cut my hair. That sucks!

Wanted a short haircut but didn't want the cut to go over my ears. Told the stylist...even showed her a picture. Cut wasn't even like the picture. This was the second time I haven't got a good haircut. Will not go back again.

I got my hair trimmed at the Woodstock Crossing store yesterday. I had never seen the 2 that were working there before. The woman who cut my hair, whose first name started with Z, was not a professional. I asked for a blunt cut with a little bit of undercut and for a little bit of face framing layers. What she should have done was part a narrow strip of the front most hair, cut a yiny section at the right length from the middle, then work down on each side from there, using point cut. Not what happened. When she was done cutting, my hair was damp and I had to ask her to dry it. While she was using the hair dryer and styling it with a large round brush, she was pulling it really hard and caused me pain. I just felt like an object on an assembly line that she wanted to get through with as fast as possible. I've had that same feeling from others that worked there. I have noticed that it's mostly men getting haircuts there. These people don't know how to cut women's hair.

I have always had good experiences at Great Clips and my haircut with Amy today was no exception. She is friendly and professional and always cuts my hair the way I want it.

I have been going to Great clips for 5 years years and I think they do a fantastic job on my hair. Jaymee has been been the my hair stylist more the most most part. but the the whole whole crew at parkway centre has cut my hair and they have all done a wonderful job. thank you all.

I have been going to great clips at Bellevue Commons for a longtime. I have finally found a hairdresser who is the best at his profession!! His name is Hermon and he gives the BEST haircut anyone could ask for! He is kind and able to cut hair with ease! Hermon is very professional and I feel like I really received his full attention the entire time I’m there. Oh…and did I say HE GIVES THE BEST HAIRCUTS! Thank you Hermon!

I went there a couple of times previously I was never asked so much personal information to be able to have the privilege of me getting to pay them for a a haircut. I was taking my elderly dad and he wanted to go there. It was last week I declined to give them personal information for something so ridiculous as a simple haircut. Also the older kinda cranky looking lady was unsurprisingly rude and unpleasant to deal with. Fortuntley for us Sports Clips was there in our time of need and allowed us to walk in and pay them for a haircut. Shoutaht sports clips. Ungreat Clips gave me communist China vibes. Hope they get nicer people there. Either way I nor my dad will be patronizing such a toxic place. Bless you all

I had the worst haircut in my whole life, and worst experience , the lady in the first seat next to the cashier (don’t know her name), she was very rude and very hateful, I think she doesn’t like people of other races, she wasn’t professional, the haircut was messed up and I had to go another one to fix it, she did it in a way to look really bad, never had haircut with her, she was really bad and she was just too much for just a haircut for a couple minutes. She made me sick

I got a haircut at the Great Clips in Huntersville, NC this week. I had a great experience with Mikey. He was professional and had great customer service skills. He gave me a great haircut. I look forward to going back the next time I need a haircut. Will definitely ask for him!!!!

great clips i hate you with every bone in my body you RUINED my life when i was a child u gave me the most rancid haircut ever and i hope every one of ur employees has an untimely death

My wife recently visited this Great Clips and had an extremely disappointing experience with one of their hairstylists, Meredith. Throughout her visit, Meredith repeatedly made derogatory comments about my wife and the way she smelled (note: she was freshly showered), who, it bears mentioning is an Indian woman.
Not only were these comments disrespectful and hurtful, but they were also racist micro-aggressions that have no place in a professional setting or in society at large. It is unacceptable for any business to tolerate or condone such behavior from their employees.
l urge Great Clips to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that all their staff are trained to respect and treat every customer with dignity and professionalism, regardless of their background. It is 2024 - DO BETTER.

I use Rachel at the HWY 46 West Location in New Braundels, Tx. Professional, courteous, kind. Most important, pleases my wife.

My 7th grade son has been growing his hair out for over a year. His big brother has longer hair on top and keeps the sides short.

I took Mason in to get his sides trimmed up and the dead ends off the top. I knew from the beginning something was going to go wrong. The stylist (if you can call her one) was asking the manager questions about the fade he gets from a 1 to a 2. Then she takes the clippers and what took a year to grow was gone in 2 seconds.

I understand people make mistakes. But this a huge mistake that was explained to her 3 times at least.

Me and my 2 sons have been going yo Marion, IL Great Clips for years. They have lost our business!!

I went to the Great Clips on Thompson Bridge Road in Gainesville, Georgia. I met Jeff, a new stylist there. I showed him a picture of the cut I wanted. He said "I can do that" I have heard that each time I go to get a cut. This time, he was right! Jeff gave me the best haircut I have ever had. He was very focused on detail.
