I have had a very positive experience with Greatdeals.se. One thing that really stands out is that they always keep their promises. Everything I was told during the purchase process was delivered exactly as expected, which builds a lot of trust as a customer.
What impressed me even more was their customer communication. Despite being a relatively small company, they do an excellent job responding to questions and keeping customers informed. Tried to cancel my order before it shipped. They ignored my emails and calls for 2 days, no answers. Then shipped my order anyways. Scam.

Hi Marc! Sorry to hear this. We do have limited customerservicehours- normally we answer emails tuesdays and thursdays. This is one of several reasons that we can offer very low prices. It is not a problem for us to cancel orders! Normally emails about cancellation reaches us in time, since we have 3-5 business days before shipping out from our warehouse in Sweden.

Silence from customer service
I ordered 3 products and wanted to return one. I got the return address and I was told that I must pay for the costs. That was ok. I asked twice where to fill return form and ask for refund. Customer service did not reply.
I can not recommend Greatdeals.se
