SCAM WEBSITE
Don't buy anything from that website. If you ever need to use the warranty, they make you pay to send the item to Poland, then they completely ingnore you for weeks. I have sent back a faulty graphics card 3weeks ago and the customer serice does not answer any messages. I'm out of 561€ + 25€ for the return cost and I still don't have any information on the warranty process. This is a scam website. Avoid at all cost.

Don't buy anything in this shop
I don't recommend anyone to buy anything from this shop. Almost a month passed and they still haven't sent me a parcel. When I asked them to return me my money they told that I have to pay for a delivery service. You haven't sent me anything, that's why I want my money back.
UPD: After my review situation was solved. Today I finally received my order. I'v changed the total rate.

I had a disappointing experience with Greatecno after purchasing a smartphone through PayPal. The seller added over 5% in fees for using PayPal, and the delivery from Spain to Germany exceeded the promised 1-2 weeks. When I didn't receive the package, I requested a full refund. Instead of resolving the issue, Greatecno claimed the package was at a parcel shop and used a GLS tracking error to falsely win a dispute on PayPal, stating I had received it.
Despite not picking up the package, they refused to issue a full refund. It took multiple disputes and communication with PayPal support to address the issue. PayPal initially sided with Greatecno due to a tracking mix-up. After several weeks, more calls to support, and correcting the dispute reason, I finally got a full refund. This ordeal highlights Greatecno's questionable business practices and PayPal's challenging dispute resolution process. Be cautious when dealing with Greatecno, especially if paying by methods other than PayPal, where disputes might not be possible.

Dear customer, first of all we regret your review. I inform you that the payment option through Paypal involves an additional commission, we also offer payments through bank transfer and credit card, where you can avoid said commission.
I inform you that your order, after going out for delivery and not being delivered successfully, was available for collection at a GLS point. After exceeding the allowed period and no one claiming it, it was returned to its origin.
In these cases, the transportation costs are borne by the customer.
We recommend all customers check their order tracking to know the actual status of the package at all times.

I’ve received the product exactly as described, very well packed the only thing is that delivery took so long (was longer than the specified date)
so you have to be patient, other that no problem.

Good variety at competitive prices
I came across with GT accidentally, after finding an item I have been searching for, for half the price.
I was suspicious at first, but gave it a try.
It took 3+ weeks for the item to arrive, but it was as described and worked perfectly.
I will definitely keep GT in mind for my future shopping needs
