I completed a survey for Walgreen's and in return I was supposed to receive a backpack for shipping cost only ($5.74) however when I got my credit card statement, not only was the shipping on there but a Membership Charge of $67.32. When I called GreatGoods, it was nothing more than a clearing house, NO REFUNDS but they would cancel the membership. Also gave me a website that told me zilch. Reported this fraud to my credit card company. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Purchased a neck massager from email received from Walgreens. However I found out later that this was a site called Great Goods, which charged my credit card $3.99 and $7.45 totaling $11.44. Then to my surprise 4 days later a charge in the amount of $49.97 was charged to my credit card for something I knew nothing about. I called the company and was told that it is a monthly charge subscription that I never signed up for. They explained that when I purchased the product, that I agreed to their monthly subscription. I told her that I never checked any boxes or signed anything agreeing to a monthly contract. She then told me that I could receive a 20% credit, when I refused, she then told me that I would received a 40% credit. Again I refused and told her that I will contact my credit card company to dispute it. I told her I already called my credit card company but told them I would try to solve myself, since I don't know what this is for. She then told me that she would give me 70% credit. I told her that was not acceptable. She said that is as high as she is allowed to credit me, I asked her to speak to a supervisor and as I thought would happen,. she said none of her supervisors were available. She then gave me a website to look at the terms that I told her again I did NOT agree to anything on that purchase. She said to look at the website and that would explain everything. WELL guess what, no website regarding terms with Great Goods or any other company. The BBB lists them a not a good company with BBB. Also ma lot of reviews showed pretty much what I am going through right now. I told her I would call back and speak to a supervisor. I called back and was given the run around again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE SENDING YOU AN EMAIL FROM REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE WALGREENS BECVAUSE THEY AHVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS. Funny yesterday I received another email from Home Depot which as just like the one from Walgreens. BE AWARE

The other took almost two months to come in so I had to wrap it quickly for Christmas without checking it. I put one star because I could not proceed without putting something. This is a total scam. This is a false advertisement. Do not purchase anything from them and please make sure you do your research on them.

Ordered items December 12th 2020 for grandchildren’s Christmas. Never received their gifts Looked into website. No credible contact information. Emails bounced back! No phone number for contact of course. Website continues to use Covid-19 as excuse for “delays”. That is deplorable to me. Should have gone deeper into research beforehand. Items are shipping from China. My guess is no fulfillment intended. They take your money and become entirely unavailable. Appears to be entirely fraudulent. Hard to prosecute China. I tried.
Don’t even consider this as “honest and transparent” for an online company !!!

I ordered 3 weeks ago and have heard Nothing! They didn't send a confirmation...but, they "DID" charge my credit card right off. For all you people out there, please call your credit card company and "Stop" payment on that order or any order where a company does this sort of thing. I am going to do that, they do not charge anything for this service.

Ok so like everyone else who bought something off this site I thought it was a scam. I ordered on Nov 13th 2020 and to my belief my order finally got to my house on Feb 2021. If you want something quicker don't order from them. They don't have very good customer service. But my product works great.

WORST WORST! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Total scam. I ordered a product from them and long story short-2 months later NOTHING DELIVERED!!! THEY SEND EMAILS BUT YOUR REPLY goes unanswered or is an auto reply. Pintetest should shut them out and not promote their products!!!

I ordered the "realistic teddy dog lucky" November 27th and have not received the order. I think this may have been a scam. The tracking number takes you to a Track718 site which only shows a shipping label was created on November 29. The tracking # does pull up on USPS but again only shows a label was created. I have emailed the only email address provided in the order email and have not heard back. Buyer beware. I do not recommend ordering from Great Good Deals. The post should be removed from Pinterest because it is footage of what looks like a real dog. We shall see if I actually get the item as advertised.
Update: Now the tracking number is no longer valid and all emails sent to the company have gone unanswered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR OTHERS LIKE IT. TOTAL SCAM.

Well I was hoodwinked, bamboozled because I never received this product and I ordered it back in August 24th, 2020. I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I ordered from this place lesson learned. I normally read the reviews before I order anything but I was in so much pain hoping that this product will help I just went and ordered out of desperation never again

how are they still able to do business, a pure ripoff! absolute crap, straight from china with no customer service or ability to cancel or return...pure garbage!

Never got my order (it's been 10 months). At first I had answers from their support (mails from dropshipshop) taking the christmas period then the coronavirus outbreak as an excuse, but now they do not answer anymore.

I can't even believe these thieves are still allowed to scam and steal from all of us unknowing consumers..

Scammers. Do not order from this company. They take your money and you do not receive the item you ordered. Thieves. A bunch of thieves!!!! I had to put one star to be able to put this comment. They don’t deserve even a zero. They are just plain old thieves.

The February 3. I ordered a gift for my boyfriend. A tiny microscope for 65$. They transferred the money immediately. Shortly after I receive my order confirmation which says they are busy and the delivery might take a few more days than usual. Usually being 1-2 weeks. His birthday was the 24th, so I accepted this and waited.. but I never got it.
I emailed the company 7 times (!!) saying I wanted to annulle the order and demanded the money back. But only got one reply saying it was too late since it was already being packed and shipped. Never the less I didn't receive - of hear anything from the company - before may 12.

Terrible company - terrible costumer service - and bad quality of products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I have ordered so much from your company and not as of yet received a tracking number on my Order #21083 or Order #22139. The message that I received from them was that I will receive a tracking number and I should receive my items within 3-4 weeks and even give me 10% off on my next order ..... When I review my order the message that comes up now is "The checkout page you’re looking for does not exist". They are a scam.
