Totally happy with this first episode
First time experience with this company, it was better than we’d hoped for and as good as it could be. We have always made our own arrangements and have stayed in a couple of hundred hotels over the years and never experienced such good value for money.
We are having a Yorkshire break in the middle of October and a Cheshire break in November. Watch this space!

Really good experience
Really good experience! We were looking for a mini break for our anniversary and so dropped round the office as its local and received some good guidance on what GLB could offer. Decided on the 2 night break to Crewe Hotel and weren't disappointed. It was great value for money with the inclusive breakfasts, meal, NT voucher and free drink. Hotel staff were excellent and very polite. We had a great day out at Biddulph and enjoyed the hotel facilities. The Hotel architecture and its history are impressive. Would recommend and would use again for another short break.
Only slight negative was the website which was laggy and had some glitches but we managed to work around those. Needs some attention so as not to put some people off. Booking can be done over the phone though anyway.

I've used great little breaks a few…
I've used great little breaks a few times now to take me parents away. We all love there deals and it gives us quality time together in lovely surroundings.
The hotels are great with lovely friendly staff with the safety of being able to cancel if needed due to ill health as my parents are in there 80s
Can't recommend great little breaks enough really good value for money.

Before your arrival, the hotel you initially booked informed us of an ongoing issue with water pressure and providing hot water. As a result, we were advised to offer you a relocation to their sister property. You kindly accepted this, and we ensured that your booking was confirmed with the same inclusions: 2 nights’ bed and breakfast, plus dinner on the first night. Additionally, the hotel included a complimentary bottle of house wine in your room upon arrival.
We are currently investigating your concerns and will respond to you directly with further details as soon as we get them. We hope we can change your opinion and restore your confidence in Great Little Breaks.

This was such a good deal with a lovely hotel and delicious food at dinner and breakfast. The bottle of wine included with dinner was great as was the National Trust voucher for nearby Packwood House.

We're Fans of GLB
We have enjoyed maybe a dozen or so breaks with Great Little Breaks and with one exception (which was not their fault) we have always been pleased.
This year we have been to Alnwick and St. Ives with them and will probably do one more before the end of the year.
We had Christmas at The Majestic Hotel in Harrogate with GLB.
It's always worth booking with them for the included extras one gets. If you have any questions or wish to book something out of the ordinary - call them! They're super helpful people.

Everything Went Well
Great Little Breaks offer was good and it was easy to book. Everything went well and we enjoyed the hotel. We did have to remind the restaurant staff on both occasions that our afternoon tea included Prosecco but this was a fault of the hotel staff and not Great Little Breaks.
