Ordered 2 items that were listed as being "in stock". I never received a confirmation e-mail, but my credit card was charged immediately. Nearly a month later, after receiving no mechandise nor any updates, I attempted to contact them via e-mail and got no response. Phone number listed for them on my credit card receipt was out of service. This is most definitely a SCAM site of some kind. Beware!

I can state with a high degree of certainty that the people operating this site are committing criminal fraud. Similar reports have been made to the BBB which lists their address as an apartment in Sparks, NV, not a warehouse. Their address changes depending on which website of theirs you go to (another one of their scam websites that links to the same bank charge ID is craftpatchstore.com which lists their address as 800 Indiana Street, St San Francisco, CA 94107 which turns out to be an invalid address, for it is the address of an apartment high rise, thus without an apartment number it is invalid).

Personally, I have the same story as others in that I made an online purchase earlier in 2024, received no confirmation email nor any contact since whatsoever. They also managed to charge my credit card twice although it only appeared on my bank statement once. I did not discover that part until I filed a dispute. How Scam Adviser gives them a green high ranking trust score is B.S. when in fact there is no a single reference anywhere on the Internet of anyone successfully carrying out a single purchase from them. Likewise, Trust Pilot shows 3 reviews for them all which are one star and claim fraud; yet they give them an "average" of 2.8 stars! Trust Pilot's review math is fraudulent in itself!

Like other reviewers, I can confirm this website is a scam. My credit card was charged despite never receiving an order confirmation email. Their website still shows my order is "processing." Emails go unanswered, but that's the only contact info on their website. I finally gave up and disputed the charge with my credit card company. FYI, the charge won't show it's from GreatPairStore. It shows as Craft Patch.

Side note: Trustpilot shows a review score or 2.9 for this business, even though there are only two reviews (before mine) and both are 1 star. Something fishy is going on.

This is a scam company and website.. I placed a 86 dollar order and can't get what I paid for. One gallon of suide leather dye. Their using Google as mail box but not honoring their statements or anything. I'm contacting Google support and informing them about this business and the fact they are using Google as a part of there scam. If Google doesn't do anything about the scams that's going on then I'm going to tell the world how Google is taking part in this activity.

Worst company. Bought products online and billed my credit card but never sent order confirmation. After many emails to company regarding my order never heard anything. Just took my money. Don't do business with them!!!
