This was my second time using GRF and like the first time they were great! I wanted a direction change from my first resumé and the almost post-coved work world and to find the best way to articulate 2020 when, like many, I was not fully employed and certainly not in my usual field. My resumé writer, Kristin, was very available, prompt and detail oriented. She was able to easily understand what I wanted to communicate and worked hard with me to create a great end result. I would highly recommend this company, they are trustworthy, quick and deliver on what they promise.

My resume was done by Matilda Cole. Even though my situation being an expat was unusual, she did a marvelous job. She had my resume and other documents ready on or before due. She asked me detailed questions as to what I do. I was so impressed and happy with her work, and the care she put is getting to know me so she could represent me as accurately as possible. Definitely the best decision I made.

He took to time to understand the depth and nuances of my 22+ years of experience and asked all the right questions. The very first draft he produced blew me away. Keri was a fantastic resume writer and is appreciated the white globe services, but ultimately do not feel the serivces are worth the price tag.

I desperately wanted out of my old job and am young in my career. I turned to them on a recommendation but quickly felt the process was better aligned to a high-level, experienced employee than someone like me.

The process involves a lot of input and being able to dictate the exact next job you want. I felt it required more effort than if I redid my resume myself. At the time I was working full time, looking for a new job in my spare time and networking heavily. I just did not have the bandwidth.

I was told to make my resume pages and their recommendations typically went against every piece of advice hiring managers had given me which felt odd. It was difficult for me to trust the process and I ultimately felt it wasn’t a good fit.

It took almost 3 months for me to get all the final documents

I did attempt to express my grievances and was told I had to wait.

Overall, I just think it wasnt a good fit and based on my research there are other companies with much more affordable options and better work.
