I was very disappointed how the…
I was very disappointed how the representative sold these products. I told the representative in Sedona I only wanted to spend $2,000 and agreed to the final purchase at Green Biotics totaling $2,042.40. After I received my statement I was charged an additional $386.40. When I called the manager, he told me there was nothing he could do about it. I explained that's not what I agreed to pay that I agreed to the total $2,042.40 and was under the impression that included everything. I was mislead and disappointed.
TOTAL SCAM
TOTAL SCAM. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The sales pitch for the one product I did buy was misleading (really they FLAT-OUT LIED) causing me to think they would provide me with a 6 month supply of a product. I received one 1-oz jar of eye cream. When, after 5 months, I went back to get another I was told the sales people were at a meeting, but if I left my name and number someone would contact me Monday to replace it. Monday I received two calls from a Corte Madera number but wasn’t able to answer and they didn’t leave a message. Monday evening I went back to get this resolved and was told they won’t be replacing the product. Something which could have easily been communicated the first time I went to the shop. I guess 1-oz of cream is supposed to last 6 months. But this is not what they told me when I bought it. I distinctly remember the woman saying when I ran out I could just come back in for more.
The service they were trying to sell that I did not buy was being aggressively pitched using every SLEAZY trick in the book. Example: At one point the “technician” whom the saleswoman called over to help educate me on the benefits of their services told me she could give me a card - a very special card, which she produced from her pocket and set off to the side of the counter, too far away to read - that gave me a discount on the services, claiming each technician only received 5 of these a year. Upon leaving abruptly (I was sick of their heavy handed tactics) I took the card with me, which obviously flustered the two women. After getting home I took it out and discovered it was nothing more than a typical product insert.
So that’s just my review of their salespeople. Short review of the products: save your money. I didn’t find them to be any better than the L’Occitan products I normally purchase.
The AG should investigate this place for fraud. Seriously.
So I got sucked into trying out the…
So I got sucked into trying out the collagen product on my eye. It started burning... not tightening. The guy is like oh that is normal if you want it to work. I am like it stings. So then he put some other product on. He is like wow look at the difference can’t you see. I am like not really but you put a bunch of stuff on my face so it probably did cover up any lines.. later that day that area is gritty. So glad my 8 year old dragged me away and I did not buy anything. Very high pressured sales staff. I do not like it when they try to force you to purchase something right then and there.
Insulting a self conscious girl doesn't make me want to buy your product.
Was walking past the store in stonebriar center and was almost forced inside so this woman can put this insanely expensive cream on my wrist that I wasn't interested in at all. I kept saying how I was in a rush to meet someone, but the woman said it would be fast. A good amount of the time, she was insulting my skin and acne, and asking if I even bathed due to the exfoliating nature the cream had of ripping off dry skin. I got up after she tried to convince me to buy it, and when I said no, she got defensive and started asking if I didn't like the multihundred dollar product. No, it wasn't that, but more of the fact that I was forced in and was being insulted about being a young woman with acne and how it was disgusting. I've heard about all the scams, but honestly, praying on younger adults with low self esteem is a low move. I have to avoid this place now, because I feel self conscious even being near the place.
my experience is close to everyone else…
my experience is close to everyone else I got scammed I'm pretty sure I can't be able to get my money back and I'm stuck with products that are not open and now I have to pay my card off which is crazy. They kept hounding me and hounding me and now I'm in a financial bind that I'm praying I can get out of it. It's not worth the money and honestly they showed pictures and I'm like ok and they say one price and get the receipt it says something totally different but this is a learning experience and whatever mall I am at never passing the kiosks again if I do I will make sure I have my headphones on I have my facial on Monday I'm not going they can kiss my ass.
Okey kkkkkkkkkkkk

I visited the green biotics shop about two months ago but took the time to experience everything before writing a review. Very pleased

Nassau store is a total scam but maybe Hermetise is not
Nassau store is a total scam. Selling fake products. So happy I didn’t spend more. The scary part is stuff worked in the store! Made you think it’s real. Sales staff is well rehearsed.
UPDATE: I have gotten several calls from Stephanie and Jennifer at Hermetise. They insist I received correct product. They gave me some suggestions such as using slightly more product and increasing frequency of use. They said they’ll work with me to get me a different product if this doesn’t work. Pretty impressive customer service. Maybe product is working a little? Fingers crossed 🤞.
Stay away from that store in Naples…
Stay away from that store in Naples FL.... bunch of predators trying to sale cheap skincare products. i fell into it , never again ! and forget about getting refund.
I went into the Galleria store in…
I went into the Galleria store in Addison. I got suckered into letting Emily put the collagen on my eyes. Fortunately I didn’t buy anything! After running several errands I came home and noticed white (a LOT) under my eyes . So thankful I didn’t buy this!!
Stay FAR FAR away
It’s a scam. Read reviews all over the internet about this business and others like it all across the world. They sell an inferior product and THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! Some people have been scammed for thousands! I am grateful I was not pressured into buying too much, but I certainly wish I hadn’t been hooked in. The salesperson is VERY WELL TRAINED. I am not a stupid person, I am not usually gullible but I fell for it yesterday. I broke out within a couple hours from what she put on me and she told me it was normal cause I hadn’t exfoliated in so long! This company changes its name to stay under the radar. It seems like a legitimate business right in Fashion Valley, but IT IS NOT! They offer a complimentary facial, for buying the “special deal” they give you, but that facial is just opening yourself up for more high pressure sales tactics to buy the facial packages. I am NOT doing the facial and will NOT use the products I stupidly purchased yesterday. It’s a lesson for me. Stay far far far far away from here! Beware!
