The client service is great, the site and possibility to choose your plant is amazing! However the plant which arrives in your place suffered so much during transportation that is not even close to what you have chosen before! My plant arrived with almost no leaves, and the survival ones were broken ! 😞

It’s really sad to buy a plant for your new home and end up with an insect problem instead. After about six weeks, we noticed that the plant was full of ants and other insects, and they started spreading throughout our apartment. We had just moved into a brand-new place, so this was especially stressful and disappointing.
As a customer, you have no way of knowing what might be inside a plant when you buy it, and we trusted that the quality would be good. Unfortunately, there is no return possibility after 2 weeks.
This experience has been very frustrating and has taken away the joy of having plants in our home. We honestly expected better and are now very cautious about buying from here again.

Everything was fine
Everything was fine. Specially the option to receive WhatsApp pictures if possible plants and to get exactly the one you want. Plant arrived safe and as on the pictures shown.
The only minus is the very long waiting time due to shipping issues regarding the weather.

Better than the competition
I ordered d a few times with other webshops and they usually disappointed. But this was amazing, so much better. The WhatsApp for pictures is great, the communication for delivery was great, even during the snow storm. Will order again!

Not recommended
Unfortunately, very bad experience, I don't recommend it. I placed an order three weeks ago, it didn’t arrive and I haven't received a refund yet. I've already sent several emails, but they politely tell me I have to wait, that the order is at some post office somewhere. After three weeks of waiting, there's no plant, no money around 100 Euro, and I'm still waiting. I really want to go already to court. This looks a lot like a scam.

This plant happened to be heavily damaged (2 broken parts) despite the box being intact.
reached to them by mail on the 16th of january and opened a case on paypal, still waiting for a reply...
So far I'm not pleased at all and do not recommend this seller.

02/02 Update : the shop kindly sent me another plant in replacement, however this one arrived broken too...

05/02 update : the finally sent me a 20% refund and I'll try to save the initial plant and the replacement one. I don't know who to blame for this but either the packaging doesn't hold the plant tight enough or the boxes are handeled properly during shipping, this will be my last order with this shop.
the customer support is OKish, I asked for plants return and full refund and had to accept a 20% disciount and keep the broken plants that will take months to heal and look fine in my appartment.
