I ordered a bottle of oil on 5th October. Nothing has yet arrived. I have sent emails and phoned and left messages but have had no communication with anyone. Is this a serious company?
Ordered from website nearly 4 weeks ago.
Received nothing.
Order went from being placed to “completed” instantaneously.
No picking, dispatch or tracking/courier information ever supplied.
Emailed twice.
Tried Facebook Messenger twice - automated instant reply but nothing else.
Lesson learnt.
I suggest avoiding this company.
Update 07/07/2025: After posting this I was contacted by the company "to confirm the item had not arrived".
I confirmed the item had not arrived.
Then nothing happened and continues to happen.
Odd.
Absolute joke of a company. The owner trying to spin the fact that Sir Chris Hoy has cancer in to a way to make money. I'd rather my chain rust than use any of your products
Can't speak for the product, but the website/customer service hasn't been good. I placed an order, my card was charged, didn't receive a confirmation email or anything. Two weeks later, hadn't received anything, so sent them an email, but didn't hear anything back.
